Upon seeing there is no bad reviews. I thought this trip would be at least a pleasant one. But I was wrong… I have booked here for 2 nights and i will not recommend this resort to anyone.
First of all, I’m writing this right now in my villa room 15, I am waiting for my drinks which I have ordered 2 hours ago and already paid for at the ocean restaurant after our dinner there. Having seen the restaurant packed with diners, I felt we were nice enough to give them 1 hour for delivery before we called the restaurant to chase.
In total I have called the ocean restaurant 3 times and twice to the front desk. 1st time - they ask what we order. 2nd time - the drinks is on the way to us (waited another 30 mins) 3rd -5th time - they ask what I would like to order ?
The drinks finally came after 2 hours plus later.
Why was there even a need for me to call 5 times to clarify the order, which I had already PAID FOR.
In addition, I ordered a grilled salmon for lunch at the Azura restaurant. Salmon came cooked on the surface, BUT RAW & FREEZING COLD in the middle. Staff came to refire the salmon and no apology was made.
Villa is aesthetically pleasing, bedroom on upper level was great. BUT, the “living room” on the 1st floor, was infested with critters. Door frame filled with wood splinters. Discrepancy between the upper level and lower level was beyond reason.
FYI, this is only my 1st night. 1 more night to go.
