I didn't stay there as i and my friends just visited there to simply have our late lunch. Food and view are great and i really appreciate the helpfulness and politeness of the staff. But i really can see that the teamwork of the staff definitely needs a huge improvement. As a new resort in town, i still can understand the disorganisation and how the staff didn't really pay attention to small details.

However, because of the lack of communication happening there, we were asked to leave by the rude security guard the Moment we arrived there, despite we had made a call and let the hotel be aware of our visitation. We weren't asked properly if a reservation should be made prior our visitation. Thus, letting the rude security guard had the right to kick us out because the restaurant was closed at the time we arrived. If the hotel informed us from the beginning when we called, we would be glad to just have lunch at Grand Luley or Casa Baio, which in this case are very professional.

Thankfully, Mr. Tommy allowed us to enter the resort and allow us to have our lunch there. It was really a pleasant experience if only the security guard was being professional or at least asked his colleague about our highly anticipated and expected visitation. I apologise for writing such bad review, but having hospitality background myself, i really understand the importance of the first impression delivered to guests (moment of truth). Feeling unwelcomed is the worst feeling that a guest can feel because it's irreplaceable.

Our total spend there is about 70% of the average room rate. It's not significant to the hotel but it'd be worth every penny if only we felt welcomed at the first place.
There are still big opportunity to improve the landscaping, beautification and to train the staff, until then i still couldn't recommend this resort to my friends/families/clients when they visit North Sulawesi. Well, the food was great though.
Cheers!

Room Tip: Please call prior your visitation and please let them know what's the purpose of your visit.

Went for a 2 days 1 night stay. It takes approximately 2 hours drive from the city (Maybe slightly less if you are planning to go from the Airport). There are alot of people visiting especially on the weekends, but not many of them stayed, so you can look forward to a very quiet evening. The view wasn't the best, but it's not bad either. The people managing the place were friendly and nice to help you bring your belongings from the car park to the little cottages. It costs 80,000 IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), to just visit and takes as much pictures as you want. It costs 1,250,000 IDR for two people per night stay on weekdays, and 1,500,000 IDR for two people per night stay on weekends.

There is a small swimming pool and a little playground area for kids right next to a swimming pool for adults, though it is quite small.

We didn't stay at this resort, we stayed at its sister resort La Merry which located within walking distance. The resort was under construction when we were there. The cottages were almost completed, the ground at its final stage. This is the type We had family reunion dinner at its dining facility. Everything about this resort is beautiful. The staff made sure the dinner reunion went well. The food are all local, the fish fresh and tasty. I'm looking forward to visit the area again and to stay at this resort.

The resort is quite far from Sam Ratulangi Airport it is Approximately 25.4 km. Quite far from the downtown as well. The resort is a bit far from my expectations. The swimming pool looks "wow" on the internet but after direct visits apparently it looks mediocre. The resort offers private beach facility. The staffs were very friendly and cooperative. The food quite tasty.

Thank you for your visit and for your comment that we have friendly and cooperative staff.

We are sorry that the pool was not as "wow" as what you have seen in the internet however all of our pictures displayed in the web did not go through any modificafion or touch up of any kind.

It would be helpful for us should you can elaborate more on your "mediocre" comment or the reason why is it different from what was displayed on the web and upon your direct visit.

It would be very helpful for us to improve.

Again, thank you for your visit and we hope to see you again in the future

Kind regards,
