I stayed a few nights at this hotel recently in Mataram. Great location, pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff and plenty of space to relax. I assume mostly used as a business hotel and has been a wonderful hotel but needs a little loving attention to bring its sparkle back. Room was comfortable although air-con didnt really work efficiently despite maintenance staff checking twice, ants in the bathroom and room cupboards kept coming back despite being reported to housekeeping, The large pool was appreciated and the layout of the hotel was cooling with the open corridors.
