this hotel was beyond my expectation in a good way. Clean and tidy room with basic amenities, walking distance to mataram mall where you can find things you may looking for like food.. Buffet breakfast served every morning but the egg station was run out of egg during the second day of my stay.

Out of expectation. When it first came, the rooms are very hot. AC slow to cold. no second key / access card to be left in room when out. so the air conditioner went back off and the room got hot again. smoking area is uncomfortable, making it difficult to work because there is no solution for the location of the electrical outlet that is too far from the table. There is no solution for cancellation due to inconvenience.
