The hotel location is strategic in the middle of Mataram city, & easy to find food and other cafe to enjoy with ur friends. Good services by hotel staffs, nice lunch prepared in the restaurant.But the toilet a bit dirty and not comfortable, there's no tissue in the toilet.More

We have reservation for 2 rooms on 7-11 march 2022, when we checked in, we already ask the receptionist named Basir if our reservation include breakfast or not. Basir was informed that our room already include breakfast. On 8-9 march, we have breakfast in the restaurant, we informed our room already and the staff let us to have a breakfast as well. Suddenly on 10 march, the staff informed us, that our room not include breakfast since our first day, and Basir was ignore that he informed us about us, and we have to pay the charge for our breakfast. VERY BAD!! The staff and this hotel not responsible for missed information to the customer, and customer charge fully for that issues. BE AWARE if you decide to stay at this hotel, better looking for other option! NOT RECCOMMENDED AT ALL, the hotel facility is not working well
Very great location in the central, great staff, nice breakfast very delicious and very clean room. Thank you very much for warm hospitality to all staff and special to the General Manager (Mr. Dedi).

We were check in at 2pm book 2 different rooms, and found that our rooms are not what we expected, we got rooms with twin beds instead of room with large bed. The front desk assistants didn't even looked they want to explain the hotel facilities unless we ask for it, but that's still fine for usAt 5.30 pm we left the rooms for going around and back around 8pm to find one of our room is full of someone else's stuffs and our luggage still in the very same room.. when we ask to the front desk, they didn't even sorry at the first place, they seem like confronting us by asking if we sure did have checked in, like what? How could you explain that our luggage is already in the hotel's room while we haven't checked in yet?? At the end they offer us to have some free food and upgrade to highest category room, but we totaly refused it, this is not the point. The point is, how could you trust them to keep your stuff safe when you leave the hotel?

A good quality affordable hotel located in the central of Mataram Lombok. Conveniently located and a walking distance to Mataram mall, McDonald. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is good and staffs are friendly and helpful
