Staff friendly and helpful, room clean, AC cold, good location. Just the shower water is set at 35 degrees, sorry but that’s frustrating. Food from the restaurant was bland/no taste, looked great but when eating it was tasteless. If I came back to Lombok I would try a different hotel. More

Really nice place to stay, i would specially advise for transit not for like holidays,it's the city so whatever you wanna do you gonna have to get a driver,
The place itself is super clean, room was spacious, staff was professional, they were helpful, gave us transport information, they have a bar place on the roof place, never got to try their pool

It is good service, good food, good atmosphere. The staffs are friendly, the place is good will make you want to back, it is recommended hotel in Lombok. You can go the fitness center also and enjoy live music.

The service is good. The room is clean and comfort and the aircon was so nice and cold. The breakfast are nice with many choices. And the GM mr. Ernanda is especialy very thoughful. We stayed at a resort villa at Kuta and a 5star hotel at senggigi. But by far this hotel is the most Valued and our favorite now.. Will definetly come back..

We booked this hotel for transit as we arrived at late night and after read review. It was plesant stay for one night, they organized flawless hotel tranfer with friendly driver. Room and matress were big and confortable. They helped us to find courier company as we need to sent our stuff also organised transport to Sengigi area.
