Staff friendly and helpful, room clean, AC cold, good location. Just the shower water is set at 35 degrees, sorry but that’s frustrating. Food from the restaurant was bland/no taste, looked great but when eating it was tasteless. If I came back to Lombok I would try a different hotel.

Really nice place to stay, i would specially advise for transit not for like holidays,it's the city so whatever you wanna do you gonna have to get a driver,
The place itself is super clean, room was spacious, staff was professional, they were helpful, gave us transport information, they have a bar place on the roof place, never got to try their pool
