Nice Stay

Check in nice and quick good service. Room large and clean nice view wth all the Mosque around the area gpod friendly staff breakfast was lovely good selection and tasty food will stay here again when in Mataram

pleasant stay

the only matter i have experience that my room isn't clean yet once i back from work in the afternoon. it is accepatable but i hope there will be some improvement on that.
it will be better if the staff knows at what time the guest left so they clean it while the guest away and guest back with clean roon

FRIENDLY STAFF

The staff was perfect and polite, always smile and helpful.
The hotels close from city center and government place, easy to access and also special for muslim traveler this hotel was recommended due to close from Islamic center.

Nice Hotel with great service

Nice Hotel with great service
The staff was very friendly and very helpfull
Receptionist was nice, Easy to check in, the room was clean and tidy
Wifi conncetion very good with fast conncetion
The breakfast was nice with much variety, the breakfast staff was friendly
Overall the service was nice
Recommended this hotel and will come back again if visit Lombok on the future...
