The Margosa Hotel was our first stop immediately after we arrived at the airport in Israel. Traveling with my adult son, we were given separate, private rooms in the far corner of the hotel, next to each other but conveniently located away from other guests. Our rooms were both updated and clean with modern bathroom facilities. From the 2nd floor balconies, we were directly above the main street, which came to life quite early the following morning, but was quiet throughout the night until Call to Prayer. Margosa Hotel is situated in the perfect location, near restaurants and a walkable distance to the historic sites and Jaffa Port. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional! Offering an overabundance of delicious local delicacies, it was a great introduction to Mideastern cuisine. Dining is available both inside and within the vintage hotel's courtyard. Complimentary wine was available upon arrival as well as a complimentary coffee and tea station. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff, I would highly recommend this boutique hotel for your upcoming visit. The Margosa is rated 3 stars, but felt more like 4 stars.More
