Great place which I'd recommend to all of my friends.
No shampoo/conditioner, but there is a hair dryer & a small fridge and the breakfast area is always open with complimentary coffee and tea. They didn't serve breakfast in the end (because there weren't enough guests at the hotel, but we weren't charged for it), but there are plenty of lovely places nearby to eat. I especially recommend the Tashrin Restaurant for all meals!!!!!

Room tip: A sunny room - make sure to ask for a double bed vs. 2 twins

Everything was perfect: the room was extremely clean, breakfast really tasty and fresh, the staff is super friendly, the building very well decorated and preserved and the location was the best. I’m waiting for my next vacation there already...

This hotel was superlative. The service was wonderful - not only polite, but hospitable, generous, and warm. One example of the service - we were sitting in the courtyard, drinking coffee, when one of the staff members brought us a plate of home made cakes.
There are many lovely nooks to sit at; a courtyard where one can sit and eat and drink at a distance from other guests; self service cold and hot drinks all day including hot foamed milk; offerings of cakes at certain hours of the day; lovely and interesting furnishings. The hotel was so lovely, that I spent alot of time in the courtyard reading, sipping and talking.
The room is perfectly good with lots of closet space and bottles of water offered each day. There is a refrigerator where one can keep food and drinks.
As far as corona - the staff is masked and the hotel allows one to distance oneself from other guests. The premises and rooms are very clean.
We did not partake of the breakfast, but did see what was offered and it seemed abundant and of good quality. Also very reasonably priced.
The hotel itself is also very reasonably priced and its location wonderful - a five minute walk from Mary's Well and less than that to the Greek Orthodox church. We were able to walk everywhere.
I spent two days in this hotel and was so sorry to leave. My husband and I intend to return time after time. That says it all.

Super clean, well appointed, open space in lobby, outside patio, and dining area. (Restaurant now closed). Right next to Mary's Well and the Greek church of the Annunciation and a close walk to the Franciscan (Catholic) Basilica of the Annunciation.

We stayed here for 4 nights and fell in love with the place. The room was comfortable and quiet, and there was always coffee, tea and juice available in both the on site restaurant and in the second floor hallway. We really loved the outdoor seating for meals, enjoying our coffee there before breakfast was served. The breakfast spread was nice, as was the evening meal. Dates, olives, yogurt and falafel...what's not to love! Stay here. You will not be disappointed!
