I stayed only one night at this hotel, as a stop on a 7-night pilgrimage to Israel and Jordan. I would not have lasted more than one night! I didn't like anything - neither the food, nor the cleanliness of the rooms, nor the staff. I do not recommend it!

We went with a pilgrimage group and stayed 3 nights. It is a short walk from here down to the side of the lake and Tiberias is a good centre for getting around Galilee. The rooms are slightly dated and the internet connection in our room on the 3rd floor was iffy, though it was fine down in the bar and lobby.
There is a very wide range of food at both breakfast and dinner and the hotel staff were helpful, including make a room available for us to use for Communion as our group of 55 people.

We would very happily stay there again.

Room tip: If you get a room at the back, you may find yourself overlooking the coach park, but our view at the back overlooked the swimming pool.

I have to say this hotel was below my standards for a few reasons. As I stayed with a group it was booked to be budget friendly. Rooms are old, outdated. Food below par as well. Better to spend a little more and upgrade.

I have a group with 17 rooms and 3/4 of the rooms have cockroaches in the rooms and after changing rooms one had used bandages on the floor. Front desk refused to even give them a free soda at dinner.

I stayed here for 3 nights recently as part of a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Once you’re inside the hotel it is absolutely fine but you definitely don’t go for the view - my room looked directly on to the bus station which was disappointing. It did the job - a clean bed and good food.
