We spent three nights in this hotel, it was unclean, service was unfriendly, the beds seemed like the sheets went unchanged, there were strands of hair in our bed, the rooms were dark, the elevator doors seemed like they wanted to slice you in half, the hall carpets looked like they were so tired, only positive thing in this hotel--the food was ok and there was a guy playing some musical instruments at night, also the air conditioning was working during November

We recently stayed here as part of a group tour of Israel. This wasn't a choice of ours and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Looks like a great setting on the Sea of Galilee but when you look out of your one person balcony on to the rubbish below, it's not that fantastic!! The rooms were quite large, that's the only good thing about them. The rooms were dirty, shabby and old. The bathroom is an accident waiting to happen, its an open shower which sends most of the water into the bathroom itself so you need to put down your towel to soak up the water and to enable you to later go to the toilet. Going to the toilet was like an episode of Crystal Maze, you had to open the door which then rested on the sink, step into the wet shower and close the door, then move on to the toilet, clearly a terrible design fault.

The restaurant was like a feeding frenzy after a week fasting. There were so many dirty plates left on tables it was hard to find somewhere to sit.

The room was clean, beds are comfortable. The hotel staff are kind and generous. Juggling activity was fun, my kids enjoyed it.
Elevators are a problem, especially on Shabbat. Most times we had to take the stairs 4 floors up and down..
