Hotel is more of a motel.... air doesn’t work, bathtub doesn’t drain, breakfast is like a free for all with everyone grabbing everything with horrible manners and not a server to be found for any seating or help with coffee, milk etc ;(. Centrally located is a plus, near the boardwalk with hospitable restaurants however if you’re calculating breakfast or dinner included prepare for disturbing chaos. I would never stay here again and I bought as a 4 star package in that I highly disagree regarding this amenity. However the group I am traveling with is amazing and that is the most important.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms that we were given have sea view. It was great. Walking to town center is around 5 mins. Easy walk.

The lobby and rooms decor looks modern and new. The bed was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom amenities was sufficient.

The rating is really reflective of the common areas like the lift. It is old and pending on which lift, one of the indicator light is broken, another lift you can see the alarm bell flashing but no noise and lift still continue. You really wonder the safety of these lifts. The hallway of the rooms, the carpet looks old and would require replacement.

Breakfast and dinner is buffet style, plenty of choice. The room you eat in is really like university canteen or cheap fast-food chain restaurant.

It is really a waste of the interior decor which is really nice, but the rest brings it down.

Leonardo is a good hotel with descent service. It looks as if the hotel is oriented towards tourist groups, who come their primarily for overnight stays. People traveling as families may need to get their expectations in order. Our 3* rating is a reflection of this reality. Nonetheless, hotel is clean, breakfast offers multiple options, dinner buffet is reasonably good, and front desk is helpful. Overall, Leonardo is a good value for the money.
