This was an adequate hotel. The food was very good, the personnel OK, and the cleanliness acceptable. The main problem is that the hotel is located off a busy street/highway and the quiet period is only from about midnight - 0400.
Cannot comment on price, as this was part of a tour package deal.

It is noticeable that renovations were conducted since our last visit a year ago. The room was nice and clean, loved the towels and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.
Nice welcoming staff, made us feel at home.

We were at this restaurant as a group. The quality of the hotel is extremely poor. Filthy carpets no space to move around the rooms. Shower stalls were on concept with water all over the washroom floor. What's worse the tall woman who supervised the cafeteria was racist and rude. When confronted seemed to just laugh it off. With her attitude, she is more fit as a prison warden rather than in an hotel cafeteria. Many in our group noticed how she treated some clientele from European countries with added courtesy. Even the hotel manager was introduced to the European clients, however when she pointed to the leaders of our group he rudely waved his hand to say he was not interested and walked away. My review will also be sent to Purple Orchid, the organizers of our trip. We do not pay good money to be housed in cheap lousy hotels like this one. And oh, by the way making clients stand in a long line up to make their own coffee with just one coffee machine is absurd.

Dear Francis,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better.
The hotel is in final stages of rooms uplift& renovations along with service training, we are sure that if given a second chance, a substantial change will be well noticed.

I can see alot of investment going into this place. We arrived and our room was clean and adequate, with a fridge,TV and an efficient air con. Staff were great too. It is located near enough to Galilee water front.

When reading the room description on another site and you find that one of the features that the room offers is toilet paper - you really need to start wondering. You certainly don't get even the minimum basics most rooms offer such as a pen and some paper - and while they don't say they have a kettle - that is so basic in Israeli hotel rooms that I was surprised that there was no electric kettle, tea or coffee. If there would have been coffee and tea available in the lobby it would have made up for this.

The room was okay -but no more - there is one arm chair and that is what you get to use if you don't want to sit on the bed, but also if you want to sit at the desk - and of course if you sit at the desk there is no way you can watch TV.

Cleanliness is apparently not a top priority - especially when you get in the shower and find hairs from some previous guest.

The hotel is located on a busy street so at least half the rooms will be treated to endless traffic noises, a few sirens and then late at night the special added enjoyment of some drag racing.

There is one elevator that barely accommodates two people and takes forever to arrive.

Breakfast was okay - but this was the second hotel in this chain that couldn't bother to have hot scrambled eggs.

And the pictures above show a swimming pool - there isn't one - half of the pictures belong to other properties in this chain.

I will most definitely not be coming back.

Dear Oreet,
Thank you for your feedback.
Kindly note the hotel has changed management ( and no longer is a part of the old chain) at the end of 2018 and since, renovations were conducted in all public areas, the rooms were renovated- offering amenities & toiletries in a much higher standard than was costumed previously.
Should you chose to give us a second chance- we believe that your experience will be completely different.
