One of the best hotels during my recent Holy Land tour. Modern elevators with little wait. Enormous dining area, big enough for our tour group of 7 buses. Hot water and decent wi-fi. Only down side was poorly organized breakfast and dinner buffets. They should have had 2 lines open for our group and there were significant delays. The hotel itself was clean and had plenty of amenities. The food was not the best, but there was enough variety to find something. The location was good, right on the Sea of Galilee which made for great morning and evening walks. The staff members, though, were very rude. They acted like you were bothering them if you asked a question or god forbade for something. I did not like the general attitude of the people working there.

Very busy place, great location all inclusive hotel beer and wine included, rooms clean our room hand balcony with a view to the ocean very nice. Animation show at night was nice to watch, you can go out and walk to some shopping places.

Hundreds of tourists at a time at this hotel. Really close to the seaside.
The first room had amazing views but smelt so bad that we had to change rooms. The food here is a standard hotel buffet but with free drinks. All inclusive hotel including wifi. Probably a 3 star by western standards. Even has a heated pool.
Lifts were a nightmare. Had to press a button to reveal which lift to take but it was impossible to all fit in the same lift - unless a lift comes, you can’t continue to press other floors.

The beds are not properly made so I doubt they actually changed the bed sheet. I could see strands of hair on the blanket and beneath it. The hospitality and services are generally good. Just the cleanliness needs to be improved. At least 2 notches. The housekeeper left some toilet papers on the sink when we first checked into the hotel. Yucks.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It's all inclusive and the rooms had views of Lake Kinneret. It's centrally located so we walked to shops, banks and restaurants. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions about driving directions. Parking isn't free, but you get a discount at the lot across the street.
