We stopped in Albany overnight on our way to the Lake Champlain car ferry., not expecting much from a "bed and breakfast."chosen from a computer list. Our host came out to meet us at a corner when we missed a turn. He insisted in parking the car for us, and moved luggage back into the trunk for us (we're old). The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, and breafast was delicious. Our NYTimes was waiting for us there. (He's a first-class creative cook., who took over because his wife had to leave for work before we got up.) The place is set in a lovely well-tended naturalisiic courtyard.. It's a real gem.
