One of our "go to" restaurants. Dinner here is always excellent. Third time last night. Tom yum soup and chicken and ginger/mushroom. Restaurant is small, but delightful. Parking on the street is very doable. Highly recommend.

Small, but charming and welcoming Thai restaurant located in house. Waitress, hostess & part owner ? was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We let her know that we had a concert to attend and she ensured that the meal was out in a timely fashion. Our entrees and the vegetables they contained were very fresh. I rarely finish a Thai meal, but this was so delicious, I couldn't stop. As mentioned, the restaurant is rather small (e.g., 4 four-tops and maybe three two-tops) so if interested on a typically busy night, call ahead for reservations. They also seemed to be doing a healthy take-out business.

We had the drunken noodles, the pakow, the green cury. They were all very tasty. The staff were nice and friendly.

I was always looking for an authentic Thai place ever since i moved to albany. Though there were many Thai food places none were really great.

But Sweet basil is just the best one. I really wonder how i missed this one all this while. The place is very small and cannot accommodate more than 10 at a time. That is possibly the only drawback. It does mostly take aways i think.

Talking about the dishes, their shrimp satay is a definite one to try every single time. That is just so delicious.

We tried the Andaman curry with salmon, shrimp and scallops. I liked the flavours. We had it at medium spice level and it was perfect. The seafood were cooked to right amount. The quantity is more than enough. The veggies as with any Thai dish were in good amount in the curry. I am sure it would taste great at Thai spice level..if you can take it!!!!

We also tried the Green curry as well just to make sure we will have one good dish if the other one fails..but we had both tasting really good. It is always said you can gauge a Thai restaurant by trying their red or green curry. Going by that ,these guys top. Green curry was so good.

The price for items are fair i would say.
Also it is better if you call up front and reserve your place. Or just go for tale away.

Waiting to try their other special dishes.
