This restaurant is usually well-attended for being down a side alley. The operators are Pakistani, though the wait staff is Chinese. The curries are more on the dry side, fragrant and moderately spicy. The meat is presumably halal. We've been several times but they always seem to be out of paneer. They serve basmati rice, which is not always guaranteed at other Indian places in the city. The naan has a nice crisp to it but lacks something in pocketing and elasticity. This place is right around the corner from our apartment building, and is quick and economical, particularly good at the end of a long weekday.
