Although the reception was non hospitable, the location & cleanliness made up for all. This is perhaps the most value for money hotel in Hatyai. I like their laminated floor. Makes an affordable hotel clean and tidy. Just a short walk to the 3 malls and u can have supper across the street at night. Don't bother about breakfast in hotel. You are in Hatyai. Food is plentiful around. In fact a popular dim sum shop is around the right corner. You don't have to walk far. But then again, efforts has to be put into front office staff courtesy. Rather weak in this area.

Room Tip: Opt for the higher floor, eg. 6 onwards.

A strategic location hotel whereby it is very convenience to shop around the hotel.
It has a nice breakfast choice which is quite suitable for kids and elders. The room was clean. For me it can be improved if the room's toilet wall can be cleaned thoroughly and the shower curtains can changed a new one without dirt will deserved for 5 star cleanliness

Their staff are very friendly and helpful. They do not have any indoor car park in their hotel building. They have a outdoor car park besides the hotel. Just that the car park is not well equipped. There is not the asphalt pavement for car park. It will flooded when heavy rain.

Room Tip: convenience for shopping

Shopping, Food, Booking of Transport Money Changer all within a few steps away
For safety, when you check in, please ensure that all windows are locked. The windows had to be screwed by the staff to prevent it from opening as the locks and latch were not working.

No combs, shaver and toothbrush provided.
As all reviewers had written, the room had a stale smell
WIFI was disappointing. Only 1 key card provided that*s they way they make sure that all system are off when you are out.

Breakfast was buffet only on weekend and the rest of those days were American style.
Lucky that the room was well cleaned everyday and good clean towels provided by polite room service and staff were cooperative

Booked taxi to airport about TBaht 300. Whole day tour Van for 10 around 2 to 3K and van to airport about TBaht 600. These are a guide for vistors and for cheap and good buffet visit Lee Gardens 33 storey. Senior citizen 119 and others at 169 Tbaht..

You love the stay if you are well informed.
Cheers Happy Holiday'

Room Tip: Choose high floors
