We ended up here wandering around looking for a place. The rooms are very basic but just what you'd expect for the price. The beds were fine, the air con worked great, it had hot water (not that we wanted it with the weather so hot), they were cleaned daily, the wifi worked great in the rooms, and there is even cable TV that worked, if that is your thing. There are balconies on each floor facing the sea if you want to sit outside. The hotel is very centrally located near a ton of restaurants and the beach. When we arrived our room had been painted very recently and they were in the process of paining other rooms as well. I'm nosy so I always peek into other (empty) rooms if I can when the doors are open and noticed that one of the floors had rooms that looked a bit dingy w/old carpet. Our room had tile and fresh paint so just look at the room before you agree and make sure it's not one of the older looking rooms. Oh, and just throwing this out there: you're likely to find a little mold in most rooms in South East Asia; it's hot and humid all of the time. This room had a bit but nothing out of the ordinary for the price point.

Room Tip: Look at the room first-make sure it's tiled and has updated paint

Stayed for one night and hadn't booked in advance. Gave 650 bath for a room with a kingsize bed, which we thought was too much money, so we went looking for something else the next day and found a hotel about 500 meter away for 350 bath per night.
The pillows had stains on them and there wasn't any toiletpaper. The best thing about this place was that there was aircondition, wifi and cold water in the shower. And also the location of the hotel is pretty good.

The first impression of the room is bad, but after while you get used to it. The room is not dirty but got a lot mold in the bathroom and also so some in the hotel room. The mattress is good and the sheets clean. The location is good in the middle of the center of Hua Hin, 500 meter from the beach .In this area it's hard to find a parking, so beware of that. The staff in the hotel are friendly and I like the small cheap pizza joint they have in the hotel. Overall the room is not expansive and got what you need but nothing more, the hotel is very old.

Room Tip: I saw some room that look better then my room 202.

Stayed at the top floor , I have no sleep . This room make me feel like it not only us in there but also something else . Slippery tile in the toilet. I am not recommend if you have a young kid. It is old and dirty room. Nice staffs and location.

Checked out several hotels in hua hin, seemed more expensive then other towns...then saw a big banner on a building, saying 650 baht, so went to check it out and ended up staying there...it's an old hotel, probably seventies era, judging by the wallpaper with the flower pattern :) but clean, with daily fresh towels, and best of all, a common balcony provides a great view over the roofs and the ocean! Ask for a room on the 6th or 5th floor, best views...luckily there is an elevator!
The room is basic but with good airco and a flat screen tv and a very hot shower...just ignore the peeling wallpaper and it's fine!
A small breakfast is also included, bread with butter and jam, coffee or tea
All in all value for money, in hua hin anyways!

Room Tip: The higher the better...head for the 6th floor, great view!
