10 minutes walk from Hua Hin Railway station and just round the corner from a minivan service to Bangkok we found this a great location. It took 15 minutes to walk to the main bar area and the beach and there were lots of places to eat very very close, including the night market. There's a coin laundry one block away, a supermarket two blocks away.

Friendly staff, the wifi was good in the room, we had a few hours where we had problems, but other than than skype voice worked and dropbox photo upload was easy. We had a standard room in the building at the back (there are three buildings at this hotel), our balcony was big enough for two chairs and a table and was overlooked by another window.

Good big room, comfortable bed, large TV with sports channel. A SUPERB shower, once the hot water comes through and a bath!

The room was cleaned each day (or we were passed clean towels, toilet paper and water each day) and the bins were emptied. The pool is fresh water, pretty shallow with loungers that can be placed in the shade (there are several umbrellas for this), so while you won't really be able to swim - the shallow end is round about knee deep - its nice to dip in and cool down.

For $40 this was s great place to stay. Rooms were cleaned daily (honest workers) I always leave a little change around and small notes first night , they were all still there after room being cleaned. The night market is only 100 meters away, great restaurants everywhere. Considering its central location the rooms were quite sound proof, or maybe that was the beer. Great little pool, nice at the end of the day to get some take away Thai food a beer and just relax and take in Thailand

hotel was ok, room cleaned every day, but the doors were filthy with fingers marks, our room, one wall dirty with black marks ?? + points close to a great street market,, a 15 min walk to the beach, - points. everything closes at 1 am, only found one decent live music bar went back ay 12-15 and it was shut ? we arrived on the Friday, came back to Bangkok on Tuesday, just no life there, dead boring, and i am 60 +

Room Tip: choose a high room eg, we stayed in level 5 as the view is better.

Good location close to the market, railway station and not too far to walk to the seashore.
Water cooker and four free packs of coffee/sugar/milk powder a day and two water bottles.
TV, DVD player and hair dryer. The free Wi-Fi was rather fast (7/0.5 Mb/s)
Stayed at the forth floor in the new building and had no problems with any noise from the outside.

The Hotel has a pretty basic standard but its value for money. The pool area is very quite and calm and has never been crowded. We have come back here a couple of times. The location is perfect, very close to Night Market with the best food in Town. Its also very close to the Fantastic Railway Station.
