We had a room with a jacuzzi, that was really nice. The pool was also a decent size and the hotel is right on the beach. Close to a big new shopping mall as well for those days when it gets too hot or rains. The air-conditioning in the room was also very effective.

Room Tip: Jacuzzi room with a pool view also has sort of a sea view

I have only good things to say about this hotel. Pool area is very nice, its on the beach, food and breakfast very tasty (yes more expensive than streetfood stands, but thats the case everywhere in the world); nice roomy jacuzzi on the balcony, very comfy bed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room cleaning impeccable. It is not a huge resort, if you are looking for that. But it is a very good choice if you want to feel relaxed in a friendly enviroment right on the beach

That's great resort and make me feel relax. Morocco style feel I fly to morocco. Staff nice and breakfast good. Bar was good not so many people we can face to the sea enjoy the food and drink. I will recommend to my friends and hope to stay again.

The hotel needed some upkeep and TLC. The jacuzzi bathtub was noisy, albeit a novelty. The pool area looks stunning in pictures but in reality there are overgrown weeds encroaching the water & loose tiles.
The pool bar offers good value during happy hour (despite the 25bhat increase) but the day time prices are around £10 for 2 chang, after the tax has been added and around £8 for a cocktail. Pretty pricey for the local beer - 400 baht after tax. The staff were friendly despite a poor check in experience over a breakfast dispute. Our confirmation clearly stated we had this booked, and despite forwarding this to the hotel they still insisted on calling the booking agent, having us wait for around 30 minutes during the phone call and furious tapping on the calculator. We were then waved off during the phone call without apology once it was confirmed. I appreciate it's not the end of the world but after 5 hours on a train and 36 degree heat the staff could have been more considerate.
We had to move room due to a faulty jacuzzi and were offered a room further from the sea, which I felt was a bit of a downgrade. It was quickly resolved however when we pointed this out.

This hotel was around £100 per room per night and the pictures showed an amazing pool and the room had its own jacuzzi so we booked. Unfortunately the pool in the pictures is only for the use of people in the Marrakesh residences adjacent which was dissapointing as overlooked by our room. Our pool was far smaller and not so amazing. The jacuzzi was underpowered the jets failing to create bubbles or movement on the surface of the water so we gave up. There are a few trip hazards, cracks in cement etc and we definately wouldnt rate this 5 star. The good points are the polite and helpfull staff, the breakfast is good as is the location. Wouldnt go back as couldnt get over the dissapointment of the pool.
