A comfortable and pleasant stay, the rooms are suited for any duration stay, the owners are warm and welcoming with the guy being Italian you know the coffee is going to be great which it was. The inn is walking distance to the beach and is far away enough from Bangla road that the hooligans are never disruptive to your stay, it is however a short ride over so you can embrace your inner hooligan if you so desire.

The hotel was a 5 floor hotel yet they had no lift and no phone in the room. So everytime you want something you have to go down 5 floors and climb back again. Also the hotel had only 1 worker who knew nothing about anything asked for and to add to the worry the manager also left early!!! Never had such bad experience ever with any hotel

We are very thankful to the staff at Nirvana and can't say anything bad about them at all, however the bed was horrendous and I didn't get a wink of sleep. It was like sleeping on a brick floor. The room was great however and the bathroom well equipped. BE CAREFUL WALKING IN YOUR ROOM! There is little steps and half steps that are very easy to trip on. One of the rooms we got the fan didn't work but the air con was fantastic and in the other room the air con was crap but the fan was great. It also had a weird rotten smell. May have just been our bad luck but all of the beds were the same.

Very Clean & spacious rooms with great features. They provide a Fridge, so you can store your Booze too. We stayed here for two nights. Its very Close to all the hot-spot of Patong. Hotel Staff was very friendly, they even arranged a scooter for us too.
Hotel Owner Vincenzo was very helpful, he infact let us check In early morning.
The guy at the reception was very helpful(forget his name), he guided us to most of the hidden gems of the Patong with clear map directions.
I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking best budget hotel with great services.

When we settled into our room, we noticed that there was dry soap scum on the walls in the shower, clearly indicating that it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Overall the bathroom did not look or feel clean. The shower also did not drain well and water built up in the shower within seconds, almost flooding the bathroom. When we tried to change rooms, we were told the manager had left for the day and all rooms were booked and so there was nothing that could be done. The worker left to take care of everything tried to come clean the shower after we were already in the room. Had many other issues - the safe did not work, there were many mosquitos in the room, we were given half used toilet paper. Quite a distance from Patong and many taxi/tuktuk drivers did not know of the place and charged quite a bit to get to Nirvana from Patong Beach. Overall, not a Nirvana at all. We ended up checking out early.

Hi Ashley,

How are you? My sincerest apology for all the inconvenience. We take cleanliness a personal priority and it's a bit surprising to hear your feedback. It wouldn't be a problem for us to transfer you to another room but like what I explained to you and even showed you our system, we are fully booked. The only thing that we can do for you was to fix all the concerns you had and do our best to satisfy your needs. We can exert all the efforts we could but it depends on the other person whether to appreciate such efforts or just complain more. As what they say, "you can not please everybody." I hope you would stay longer in Patong, Phuket to have more idea how it really works with the tuk tuk/taxi. Nevertheless, I wish you luck and God bless! =)
