We took Phi Phi Islands tour with Captain Mark and we visited on January 19, 2014. While planning to have the tour with Captain Mark, I emailed him for booking and he helped me on this. I will be really grateful to him. They confirmed us the pickup time on the day before the tour and the driver came to take us at the exact time. Only 13 persons were on our tour and everything was easily accessible. The guides were very friendly and fantastic. They helped us on every aspect and continuously provides different goods like snacks, drinks, fruits, etc on the tour. They provide life jacket and rain coat to all from protecting from the water. As I have 3.5 years son, they helped my son. My son felt sick once and they helped him very well along with us.

I surely recommend everyone to have the tour tough cost is a bit higher than other tours. But, you can find the service and safety here. Thank you all - Captain Mark, guides for the great day of the tour.

The tour was perfect in so many ways! We were on a boat with just 4 passengers, which meant we got plenty of opportunity to enjoy each stop at our own leisure. In most cases the guide was able to avoid the crowds so that we had our own space for enjoying the beautiful nature and for taking photos of course. Our guide, Sampong, had a lot of knowledge to offer and was wonderful in assisting us to take perfect pictures at each location. He knew the best spots and took a bunch of photos so we would have plenty of memories.
We went on a speedboat tour the previous day with a different company, which made me appreciate the long tail with Phuket Sail Tours even more. Where the speedboat was full of people, and managed to hit all the major beaches at the same time as a dozen or more other boats; the Long boat tour avoided crowds and took us to a couple where we were the only boat there at the time. We had canoeing thrown in, which we were very grateful for, as it was a nice chance to get out of the boat for half an hour and chill out in a little cove.
Lunch at the "floating village" Koh Panyi, was amazing - beautiful view from an uncrowned restaurant at the edge of the village; and the snacks provided on the boat gave our guide the chance to force-feed us lychees and some other fruit I don't know the name of. It was quite a bit of fun!

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who want to see the beauty of the islands without the crowds surrounding Phi Phi Island.
