You should not miss this experience. The setting is fabulous, the food is delicious, but most importantly, the management and staff are the nicest people you've ever met!
Our servers, Jen and Summer could not have been friendlier. Charles, the manager and son of the owners, is a gem. He bent over backwards to make sure that we had a lovely stay. Thank you so much!
It was the best friendly place. Clean and view of st Lawrence river. Great people and food. The family are really accompanied. Charles son is fabulous. Rooms are spacious and comfortable had a view of the river. They pick you up and take you to the restaurant.
Awesome restaurant. Reasonable prices for a good meal. They offer a nice clean salad bar. Staff are always professional. Out of the way and does not attract everyday tourist. Delicious garlic pizza with every meal. Nice river views. Relax and sit by a window.
The best part about the hotel is the balcony and the view. The bathrooms have been recently updated. But that's about it. We stayed in Black Bear. The absolute worst bed we ever slept on. Like sleeping on plywood. Couch was directly in front of the A/C blocking the air. We called front desk only to be ignored. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain.
We've gone many places on our senior bus trips, and the Edgewood Resort was better than anyplace we've stayed!!! The staff is the most sincere and accommodating staff I've ever encountered. The grounds are expansive and beautiful. They drive you in golf carts to wherever you need to be on the property. The breakfast and dinner buffets were superb!! I would highly recommend this outstanding resort!!!
