Excellent service from all the staff in the hotel. The staff paid a lot of attention and were ready to help at a moments notice.
One of the best hotels I visited in Hammamet and would highly recommend it.

I have travelled all over the world and I must say this was an amazing location!! All the staff we encountered were well trained professionals, discreet, and willing to serve at a moments notice. Everyone was so genuinely helpful, pleasant, and excited to welcome is to their "home". The property is beautiful and we highly recommend a hot tub suite which offers both sunrise and sunset views. This is, by far, the BEST property I have stayed at in Tunisia - and I have stayed at dozens. Do not miss out on an opportunity to feel like Royalty!! A million thumbs up !! Thank you for making our stay so special !! We will return!!

i was in LaBadira for my Wedding anniversary.

Very warm welcoming and an exceptional hospitality from all staff !

The duck dish of Kamilah restaurant is soooo good and so is all the food served although i wish the menu had more choices and prices were a little less expensive...

The Yasmine suit was clean and cosy but a bit short of luxury when compared to other 5* hotels in Hammamet.

I plan to return to La Badira soon for the summer and i hope you will keep the same level of service and hospitality and work on all mentioned axis of improvement...

PS: the main waiter of the Kamilah restaurant is a real hospitality artisit !

GOOD:
-beautiful hotel.
-excellent staff specially Mekki from catering who needs special recognition for his excellent customer service.
-beautiful beach and swimming pool (although we went during winter season)
-some great restaurants nearby to mention 2 specifically, TIME OUT and PETITE PECHOUR (i may have spelt it wrong)
-The design of the hotel is admirable as the white and lagoon contrast with the sea is just perfect.
-Also, adult only means no screaming kids
-shisha at the hotel is the beat you will get and it is good; I'm not even a shisha fan but that was good shisha (better than Sidi Bouhdid, which is the main shisha spot in town)

BAD
-One of the Taxi driver called 'MARWEN' that worked with the hotel ROBBED us by charging 3 times as much for journeys. The other driver called RIDHA was an honest taxi driver.
-The lady at the reception indoor spa area (she has short hair) before the swimming pool was always miserable and constantly said no to every general requests e.g. can i take the towel wrapped on my waist back to my room? she said no, no, no. She creates a bad aura by constantly turning her head left and right to express her disapproval of minor things. Basically she annoyed me.
-The hustlers in the nearby Medina will all hustle you by constantly saying the phrase (NO HUSTLE).

I heard about this hotel many times, but when I visited the hotel it was more than expected.
Amazing location with see view for all the hotel rooms some with sun rise view and others with sun set view.
Front Desk: the valley parking was ready to park our car and take care about the luggage. Mr. Hatem was ready to escort us to the lobby, two welcome drinks was ready.
Check in process was quick and smooth certainly with such professional person like Mr. Hatem, he is an asset to the hotel.
If you need any assistance call Mr. Hatem it will be done in few minutes.
Food & Beverage: Mr. Ahmed was ready to escort us to the table and we got amazing pool view. We made our order with his help and advise. The service was outstanding and professional. The quality and taste of food was amazing, although, its very rare to find restaurants with good Tunisian food.
In la Badira I felt like home.
When we were done we got a complementary cake as a gift because we were in honeymoon.
I recommend you to order the tajjine malsouka, slata mechouiya.
Thank you for your amazing service and hope to see you soon.
