Travelled to Tunisia late June for a week's holiday.
First impressions; elegant entrance foyer and reception, warm welcome, quiet and orderly check-in and smiley staff. Rooms have obviously been recently refurbed and have loads of storage space, good amenities, limited tv channels with a balcony.
I expect like most we are all there for the weather and the outside sun areas are considerable; bar balconies, large pool area, grassed garden area and beach. Plenty of quality sun loungers although if you want prime position on the beach an early rise was needed.
Food was good in the restaurants, there being 3 in total. Beware of eating late as some dishes are not replaced. Main restaurant feels rather tired and needs a revamp.
However, as most reviews comment they key factor to the success of this hotel is the staff. to name a few; Bashir, a manager, has a high profile and aspirations of improving the hotel. Then there was 'Woness' (Geezer) at the beach bar was great value as was Madhi who served drinks to the beach - both should be congratulated on their customer service.
So - all in all - a good week with many plus points. There is some tidying/ improving still to be done but the hotel is moving in the right direction. As others had said it's a safe experience and worthy of consideration.

This holiday was amazing. The hotel refurb is great and the food was great.

The variety of food is brilliant, you can get something to eat from 6am until 9pm. Everything from chips and pizza to fresh fish and seafood at meal times, breakfast there was hot breakfast, pancakes, doughnuts, cereal or contential breakfasts. Ice creams are available all day too!

The pool was perfect for us with a 2 year old, she loved the slide in the baby pool and the entrance to the main pool has a slow slope into it so she could walk in and was safe. If you prefer the beach it is on your doorstep.

Bechir the Holiday Manager is great. He had time to talk and wanted to know how our holiday was going. The safety in the hotel has increased significantly and there are now police on the roads outside the hotel and are very visable on the beach! All bags are checked when you arrive via a scanner and there was not one time I personally felt unsafe.

It was a shame we only went for 1 week, I wish it was for 2 weeks. Thank you to all that made our week amazing.

Spent one week at LTI Belle Vue Park, Tunisia. The hotel is located outside Port El Kantaoui, but it is possible to walk along the beach or on the road to the port (about 30 mins), but taxis are very cheap. The hotel has a beautiful reception area and has benefitted from being refurbished in 2017. The hotel is very clean and the bedrooms still had a ‘new’ smell to them. The food was excellent and catered for different nationalities. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They were all so helpful, friendly and enjoyed talking to us as there were a limited number of British people in the hotel. The bar staff were very helpful and were always asking if we would like another drink. We have been in some other all inclusive hotels where you have to go looking for a bar staff member, but not in this hotel. The restaurant staff were excellent and remembered that we liked an ice bucket for our wine. The manager of the restaurant was always visible ensuring everything was running smoothly and asking guests if everything was good. The hotel manager and assistant manager were equally as friendly and frequently asking if we needed anything. The animation team worked tirelessly. They were visible from dawn til well the into the night and the standard of entertainment was very good. The outdoor pool also had a restaurant, so it was possible to walk a very short distance from the beach to eat. Having experienced stomach upsets in a hotel we stayed in in Egypt, along with several others, I was a bit apprehensive about eating salads, ice cream and ice in drinks. No problem. Ate everything. Didnt hear of anyone being ill. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the hotel and look forward to returning there. The Tunisian people love the British and I hope that the British return to the area soon. Security on the beach is excellent. Vigilanties constantly keeping watch and a Police buggy patrolling the lengthy stretch of white sands of the strip. 10/10. Excellent time. Thank you to all the staff.

Room Tip: We had room 1483. We couod see the sea from our balcony, but chose the room as it was quiet

We arrived on the 1st June for 10 days,
So pleased to return to this hotel after the trouble in 2015
We were greeted with much love and merriment and were treated like royalty
So pleased to see the most of the original staff still remained at the hotel, these lovely people could not do enough for us, they were brilliant.
We were told that our room had been upgraded as it was my Husbands Birthday the following day. Our room was beautiful and had been refurbished, we were given one with a sea and pool view
The Room was spotless, we had a massive bath and bathrobes, tea and coffee making facilities
Everything about the hotel is fab and from the managers to the cleaners everyone works so hard
The food was great and there was a vast choice, and a very wide range of drinks at the bar
Our holiday was amazing, thanks to everyone of the staff, especially Bechir the Manager and Moktar, restaurant manager, we were so happy to return
We now hope that Thomas Cook and First choice will start taking things on board and return to this beautiful resort

Having just spent the most AMAZING 11 Nights at my Beloved Bellevue Park,I am writing my First tripadvisor review ever!!
This was my 12th Visit to the Hotel since 2007 16th visit to Tunisia.....I have been both with my Mum and as a Solo Single female Traveller!
My last previous visit was just 2 weeks before the horrific incident in 2015.
Well....Words cannot convey how fantastic my stay has been, from check in to Departure Day the Service has been absolutely Superb,.....From the lovely little lady that cleans the toilets at the pool(She wouldn't let me enter the toilet cubicle without cleaning and spraying toilet seat and cleaning the floor and she absolutely loves the Brits!) right up to Bechir the Absolutely Charming Holiday Manager.
First things first.
Upon arrival at "Silly O'clock (1.30am) I was very warmly greeted by the night manager and welcomed back as part of the family.....I have only met him a couple of times before as the Majority of my visit's have been day flight's) I was offered a cup of coffee or something to eat but was so tired i just wanted to get to my room. (by the way the bar in now open through out the night, for soft drinks, coffee etc!!
The rooms have been renovated to a very high standard, and as an added Bonus we now have kettles in the room and lovely plush Bathrobes!!....Oh and a "mini bar" stocked with water and soft drinks..
I had emailed the Hotel in advance to request a room and was given the room I wanted.
After a nice long sleep in a very, very comfortable bed I made my way to Reception to Find my Lovely friend Rabbia at the front desk,Honestly this Lady deserves a medal for the professional warm and friendly manner in which she deals with Guests.....but then again i do have a Soft spot for Rabbia as on my very first visit to the hotel I lost my purse with over £100.00 worth of dinars in it,(i don't change so much now,but was my first visit to Tunisia and i was a bit "Green") didn't know it was lost until Rabbia called my room to tell me i had lost it at reception. So thank's Rabbia for being so honest!!
All the staff at the front desk were so so happy to see me and treated me like long lost family.....Special mention to the Wonderful Hamed(the first person i ever spoke to in this hotel) and Sammi, who has done very well for himself as he was a porter on my first visit to the hotel!!
Now onto the beach/Pool etc......The beach and pool area are immaculate and they are doing a very good job at keeping the seaweed at bay. There is security on the beach but it doesn't feel in any way intrusive......Also the police did regular circuit's on the beach on quad bikes, but again not intrusive and believe me they know every single person on this beach as I saw them regularly stop and talk to the boys trying to make a decent living on the beach, checking papers etc....So Please,Please don't worry about security here i felt a lot safer here than I would walking around the streets of London!!
The barbecue in the Beach/Pool area is fantastic and they still do a continental breakfast for those guests who sleep in late, and the food is out of this world....you can have lunch there or in the Restaurant to which they have now added an outside dining area. Pancakes and snacks are served at 3pm daily so you will never go hungry. The waiters at the pool/beach area kept the place in immaculate condition under very difficult circumstances(it was Ramadan!!) and they are a credit to the hotel, they treated me with the up most of respect(which is important to me as a Solo female traveller) but I had a great laugh and a joke with them every day and looked forward to seeing them every morning along with "ONE S"(not sure how to spell his name but that's how you pronounce it "1 S") the barman ....and they and all members of staff at the Hotel) were so so happy to hear British accents again. There were just 5 of us Brits the Hotel (hello Clair,Mark,Lisa & Mike)and we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome!!
I spent most of my time on the beautiful beach, and I must say it was great seeing the guys peddling their wares on the beach again, they didn't hassle me to buy anything but again were just so happy that the Brits are finding their way back to Tunisia, Port el Kantaoui in particular.
There are guys selling camel rides,Quads etc at the beach/pool area, but again they are in no way intrusive (and hey, they are just trying to make a living) they know that no means no but still have time to greet you and have a little chat every day!
I don't really bother with the Animation team,as it's not really my scene, but could see that they were doing a great job. They were very nice and kind to me one day when i was a little upset about something and I now have a newfound respect for them! So thank you.....You know who you are;-)
Well onto the Restaurant: There are still 2 sittings for dinner at the hotel, I always went to the 2nd one at 8.15, I emailed the Hotel in advance and asked them to reserve a particular table for me,as as a single female i like to be tucked in a corner out of the way!! The food is still superb and plenty of choice(even for the fussy eaters amongst us) I was greeted by Moktar my brother from another Mother ;-) who has also done very well for himself as he is now a Head Waiter, and also "chief" of the Alacarte restaurant! (give that Man a pay rise, he is excellent at his job!!) Again all the waiters, chefs etc went out of their way to make us Brits wellcome!!
Well what more can I say about this wonderful hotel? Not much as I am aware that I am waxing lyrical and going on a bit.
Oh yes one last thing.....the rooms were kept in immaculate condition, and the cleaners did a fantastic job again under very trying circumstances (Ramadan) I was left fresh flowers in my room, with rose petals strewn over the bed and around the sink in my bathroom. The cleaners were very pleasant and always had a little chat with me in the morning....
And honesty the pure pleasure and emotion I saw in my cleaners eyes when i presented her with 20 dinars (approx £5.80) on my last day was a joy to behold.

Come on fellow Brits let's make this Hotel NUMBER 1 on TripAdvisor again.....if you want Thomson or Thomas Cook to do package tours to this hotel (And indeed Port el Kantaoui/Sousse) again,Please drop them an email to let them know that there is a demand for it!!
I booked with Travel Republic Flight+Hotel+Transfer.....it was straight forward and painless!!
I think that's about it for now......Thank God I Hear You Cry ha ha!!! Any questions about the hotel etc please feel free to PM me.
To my Friends at Bellevue Park....(Old and New)
WATCH THIS SPACE
I WILL BE BACK (soon)
xx

Room Tip: Room on the left hand side get the sun in the Morning, Right hand side afternoon. All rooms have a balcony, air con in rooms is excellent!!
