Myself and 3 bridesmaids stayed here for a week to celebrate my hen party in style and we were not disappointed!

We upgraded our rooms to sea view to make the holiday extra special and was worth the extra £25 per person!

The hotel is so clean and well maintained we were very impressed from the outset! The place is very modern and benefits from 4 different bars, a large pool and its very own strip of the sea where the loungers are included. There is also a pier that you can relax on too! There is an onsite shop and spa to enjoy too.

We decided to invest in the turkish bath experience on our first day, which was worth every penny and got us ready for a week of sun bathing in over 40 degree heats too! You had a Sauna, Steam Bath, Turkish bath followed by a coffee scrub. Bathrobes and slippers on and we were then taken to a relaxation area where you were given fresh fruit and cold water. They then came and put on a face mask and left you there for around 20mins in a very relaxing little spot. Finally we were all taken to wash off our masks and then a 30min massage where you were massaged with suntan maximising oil. We were then given the rest of the bottle to use throughout our stay which was fantastic. We were tried to be sold further massages at the end however they were not pushy and we declined. I'd 100% treat yourself to this if you fancy it!

The food in the buffett was very nice and it even had a cooking station where you could get fresh food cooked right in front of you at each meal time. You had a number of choices from fresh fruit, salad, vegetables, meats etc. Also every night there would be a different kebab style meat on offer and was always very tasty.

Other options were the snack restaurant near the pool which is included which offered up, great pizza's burgers, jacket potatoes etc and was always very very tasty so is well worth a visit.

Finally there is an option of the a la carte restraunt which you can visit once a week which again offers very tasty food, it is a 5 course and well worth a try. They even gave me a special decoration on my dessert as they knew I was on my hen party.

The drink here is very strong but we didn't mind this too much for the occasion. Cocktails are good however the wine is a bit of an acquired taste but not completely undrinkable in my opinion. There is a small coffee/cake shop at the back near the shop where you can enjoy a afternoon coffee with a choice of liqueurs you can add too. They also serve up delicious ice cream in there too which we needed very often.

The only downside the hotel in my opinion was the entertainment, it was fairly samey except the Turkish night. We luckily made our own entertainment (and on occasions others too) so this didn't put a dampener on our time here but that would be my recommendation for improvement and would probably the only one! This place would be fantastic for a very relaxing week in the sun.

I would definitely recommend a visit here as we very much enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: Upgrade to sea view it was well worth the extra money.

What can I say the C Lounge the most relaxing place to holiday can't fault it In anyway . The rooms are beautiful and modern beds are unbelievable comfy ,food is very good in a spotless restaurant, now I get to the staff (can't call them staff) after holidaying there they become friends and it's hard to say goodbye ,Ramazan on the pool had me in tears when it was time to go home it was like saying goodbye to your son and we'll miss seeing his smiling face the staff go above and beyond to make your holiday the best you'll ever have and a quick mention Ali on the reception bar again can't do enough for you and always with a smile .

Myself and my boyfriend (22,26 yo) stayed at the sunprime c-lounge for one week and thought it was fantastic from start to finish.

Check in: we are both smokers so once we got to the hotel we decided to stand outside to smoke before checking in. The hotel staff took our bags off the transfer coach and checked us in before we had even walked into the hotel, which was fantastic.

Room: the mood lighting in the room is fab and we were welcomed to a free bottle of wine in the room. The room has tea and coffee and as big coffee drinkers, we often asked reception for more, which was delivered to our room immediately, again, fantastic service.

Food: the food itself is great, breakfast is the same every day but plenty of choice. Lunch and dinner were also great, with food being different each day. We did go to the snack bar by the pool for lunch one day but we waited 2 hours for a small pizza and chips, the pizza is handmade Infront of you which is great, but took far too long. The all inclusive drinks are good too and the staff are always happy to serve. We found at the start of the holiday that it took a while for our drinks order to be taken whilst sitting outside and we often got given the wrong drinks, after this we started sitting inside and had a much better service, specifically by Ozan who had remembered our order and would bring it without us asking, which was fab, he’s an asset to the restaurant.

Hotel: the hotel itself is modern and very very clean, the cleaners work tirelessly to ensure the hotel is spotless, which it is. The pool is a good size and remains the same depth throughout, however you can sit in the ‘jacuzzi’ bits. There are enough beds for everyone and you cannot reserve them before 9:30 which was great! The only recommendation for the hotel is that speakers need to be fitted on the terrace above the bar. We sat up there everyday as we could smoke without bothering people, however there is a hotel next door with a slide and a main road right outside the hotel so we were often listening to children screaming and cars sounding their horns. It would be great to have some speakers up there so we could have listened to the pool side music.

Other than this small recommendation I would say it was a very relaxing holiday and would encourage anyone to stay. The live bands in the evenings are amazing and the karaoke is good fun, we often walked down the strip behind the hotel and went to a bar called Hawaii. The staff in there are fantastic, and during happy hour they like to entertain with their dances. They also give you free popcorn throughout the evening which was lovely. They offer BOGOF on cocktails and also sheesha pipes. There is a market right outside the hotel on a Thursday which is worth going to if you’re wanting some good fakes. They sell handbags for 1/4 of the price of the shops on the strip.

The only bad thing about the hotel was that the walls between the rooms were thin, and we could often hear our neighbours in the evenings but other than that the noise wasn’t an issue.

We had booked a sea view room on the thomas cook website, however when we received our booking confirmation it was a side sea view, we were at the back of the hotel so it wasn’t easy to see the sea, though we were kind of glad as the entertainment and main road is to the front of the hotel so I would advise making sure you get the room you booked.

Other than this we had a great stay and would recommend 5 stars! Don’t let the 2-3 hour transfer put you off, you get a stop off half way where you can get food and go to the toilet. It was a fantastic stay from start to finish and we would happily go back.

Dear Guest Broganne-Ellie G.,

thank you very much for preferring us as your holiday hotel. Also, another thank for your nice review. We would like to see you among us again.
Just a small information; your booking was made as SideSeaview Room by your travel agency and we reserved a room type for you as your travel agency requested from us. We don't have the slightest chance to change your already booked roomtype. Neither your travel agency rep. has any information about that.

Have a nice summer.

Best Regards.

Just come back from 2 weeks at this hotel and highly recommend it,stayed here last year and loved it,the hotel is spotless and the cleaners are cleaning it all day, food is excellent with a good choice of menu, the staff are very good and work very hard, my thomas cook rep was Robert who had good local knowledge and was always available, special mention for Mert who worked in the pool bar,he was always busy but found time to chat to all the guests and learn about their different cultures, have booked to return in October and can't wait to go back.

My partner and I have just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel and have had a brilliant time. The hotel is beautiful with a good location and views of the sea. The private part of the beach is lovely.
The food is good and there is always a lot of choice. The chefs there are great and really add to the value of the restaurant.
The rooms are stunning and are very clean. The whole decor of the hotel is to such a high standard.
We really enjoyed the snack bar and the patisserie area where we could get ice cream and occasionally some fresh waffles which were very nice.
Overall this hotel is excellent and I would highly recommend it. We would definitely return here in the future.
