Friendly hotel and bar staff, food ok. Room ok but (as we knew) very small & poorly lit shower room. Everything worked though. Lovely sea views (room 204). Nice private terraced area for sunbathing and access to the sea. Hotel is in a great location ideally situated close to beach bars and town.
Would we stay again? Unlikely. Very popular with Turkish.

Spent 5 nights in May and really enjoyed ourselves. The main positive to this hotel is its staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Tahsin, Sinan and Sabina(well that’s the German way to say her name, sorry! ;) )
I do take other reviewers point that there are some stairs to be dealt with so maybe this place isn’t suitable for very elderly or mobility impaired people but my Dad is 72 and he got around fine! Rooms are basic but clean and beds are comfy and sheets and towels are changed daily. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be returning later in the year!

The hotel is situated at the end of the strip of best hotels on the sea front at Kas. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre (about 5-10 minutes walk on the flat). The hotel itself is built on the cliff edge, on the sea front, like all the other adjoining hotels. It has no lift, and there are quite a lot of stairs and steps to get up to the rooms - the hotel is therefore not suitable for those with mobility problems; however, the young waiters will carry your cases up to your rooms (and back again when leaving). I stayed here twice in 2017, May and September, a week each time, half board. The food is very good. The rooms are perhaps on the small side and a little dated, but the beds are very comfortable and the sea air is just fantastic! Great boat trips from the harbour to Meis, Kekova and elsewhere - highly recommended. Kas is very special. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, special thanks to Musa! Hope to see you next year.

Room tip: Get a room with a sea view - the views are fantastic, truly fantastic

We selected this hotel from pictures and reviews on the internet. We dealt with the hotel itself. We had 2 deluxe double sea view rooms, which were nothing like the pictures.
The rooms are badly in need of a renovation and quite small if staying for a few days like us. Shower stall door I had to reinstall myself. We had to walk up a few flights of stairs to reach are rooms. For the price I felt cheated, luckily we had only paid for the first night. There is a good breakfast served poolside , but everywhere you turn there is a box requesting tips( too Much).
We checked out and got a nicer room for same price down the road.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed it. We were half board and the food was very good. Omelette or fried eggs were available every morning. Also amazing fresh waffles with chocolate sauce. This was in addition to the usual turkish breakfast.
Evening meal was good, lots of salad and meze plus good quality main courses.
Drinks reasonably priced.
The views are stunning, the staff friendly and helpful. Even though we were in the minority ( most guests were turkish ) we felt welcomed and valued.
Bathroom was tiny and if you were of a large build you'd probably struggle to get in the shower.
Would stay here again
