It is a good budget alternative to stay in the center. The location is great, just 2 min walk from the bars and restaurants. Great if you go out in the night and dont want to take the taxi. The hotel is simple but clean. The receptionist Erhan was the highlight. He is very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

If you only focus on price and not care for hygiene, comfort and rest you can stay at Ekici as the hotel is too old. It seems like they didn't put a even a brick till the date it built.

The only good about the hotel is location.

Low quality beds, bathroom, hygiene, tv, breakfast, room service, reception etc. Actually everything is low quality for an 3 stars hotel. Only little bit cheaper than neighbour hotels. Pay little bit more and stay better one i suggest.

I recently stayed 3 nights at Ekici Hotel, and was impressed by the friendly service by all the staff. Front office staff were extremely helpful booking tours, information about Kas, recommending places to eat, drink, shop etc. It is in a great location, 2 minutes walk to the shops and 2 minutes to the beach. Breakfast was fanatastic, a large buffet of a variety of food. The pool was very clean and was a nice quiet area to sunbath and read. I had a wonderful time at Ekici and would recommend to those on a budget.

The Ekici hotel is ideally located in the heart of Kas which is a charming village on the edge of the mediterranean. It's a budget hotel and if you expect more than that you will be disappointed. The bedrooms are small and the bathrooms smaller still. The garden isn't very 'Kew' and I haven't seen anyone have a drink at the poolside bar in the last ten years.
The buffet breakfast on the terrace is probably the nicest part of the day but don't expect haute cuisine. The views across the bay are great.
Coming back in the afternoon after a day's activities, it is so nice to swim in the pool before getting ready for the evening out.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front of the hotel face away from the sea but the balcony is far cooler in the afternoon .
