Hotel clean
If you like queuing for food with rude Russians who push in and nudge you this be ideal it's like watching the monkeys feed at the zoo
Don't cater for kids also
Food was mostly the same on daily basis
Pool had broken tiles and they don't like to switch the slide on the guy that looks after the pool is a joke very rude !!
Music by pool is rap with swearing and played at club level so u have to shout to have conversation
Hotel bar they all go hide in back room and u have to ask for ice in drinks the young bar guy needs not to be there next season if this hotel is going to progress
Nice beautiful surroundings which is a plus point
I give this a hotel a average could do a lot better

the hotel itself is clean and tidy, rooms are good but all the guests are russians and rude ones at that. I have never seen people wait outside a restaurant 20 mins before it opens, it was like feeding time at the zoo. food not that good we found a burger king and some nice little restaurants to eat at

A week here was one of the best holidays for me.
Friendly staff and great location are the first reasons to choose this hotel. Also it is sandy Qualista beach - amazing part of Moonlight park, just 10 min walk (you need only towels, other things for sunbathing on the beach are free). Kemer center is 10-15 min walk too, bus stop for far routs is 35 min. Part of rooms has Mt.Tahtali view, my room #4202 too, and that was awesome))

I've just returned from a week in this hotel and was not disappointed in any way.
My room was spotless and cleaners came in each day with fresh towels.
I've never gone all inclusive and was sceptical because i dont go on holiday looking for Britain in the sun but the food here was everything I love about Turkish cuisine. Loads of lovely fresh salad and veg.
Restaurant manager Mesut and his team work their socks attending to everyone's needs. Sous chef Ibrahim spoiled me with delicious desserts.
I would definitely return to the Melisa Garden.
