Arriving in the hotel you find out that many things are not included in all inclusive package like - WiFi (2USD per day), safety deposit box (2USD per day), towels at the pool (you either buy for 5USD at the reception some parody of a towel that latter in souvenir shops you find for 2 USD, or just buy some better quality in shops). Also English is not obviously included among services. Good that I speak also Russian, which is native language for most of staff. Although there were also some of the staff that did not speak either of these languages.
Be aware that this hotel has a policy not to give lunchboxes for early excursions if you buy those excursions not in the hotel from the "official" tour operators like TezTour. As the reception explained - TezTour has forbidden doing what even a 3* hotels do.
Beach is about 10min to walk. It is a stony beach, which makes hard to go swim. Also it is almost impossible to get a place if you get to the beach after breakfast.
In general this hotel must have been a good hotel - once... Premises are nice and well planned, rooms are spacious enough, but unfortunately - service is well below 4* they claim it has. Food and drinks are low quality. Especially wine - which obviously is powder mixed with spirit. Brrrr...
So seriously - DO NOT CHOOSE IT. Especially if you are an English or German or any other language speaking person as 99% guests and staff are Russian speaking.

Great hotel! All the rooms were nice, big and clean, also the hotel territory was big and well-planed. Food was very tasty and variety was enough.
We speak only English and there was no problem with that.
Minus would be that inside pool is cold and all the saunas don't work (at least they did not work when we were there).

If youd like a hotel vacation in not so big hotel id reccomend this hotel. Most of the staff speaks better russian but you can also manage with english there. Rooms were nice, also the hotel and the pools area with nice view to mountains, but also there are some flaws. The beach isnt on the hotel territory and the food is pretty much the same every day.

Staff did not speak English! Two pair of child's shoes stolen! Staff do not care and if I asked the security camera video, then they told that cameras are not working!

Room and hotel location were quite ok.
Food is average, but very poor selection of fruits! All-in is limited and if you want ice-cream, then queue was very long. Fortunately, there is a shop across the road and ice cream is cheap! :)

Outside gym is modified to bird cage! :D

If you like the Russians, not friendly staff and average food, then you should go.

If not, then keep away!

The hotel first days looked fine. The hotel was full so we got room on 5th floor thats why the room was hot and it hasn't balcony... In hotel no one speaks english just Russian. There are lots of turkey people staying there. There are minuses:
The rooms they cleaning every second day. And the food every day same... Very small meat... With the food need to be careful from 4 visitors 3 got sick...
Hotel is not on the beach...
