We paid £1,010 for our holiday ( Hotel, Flights and transfers) which was for 2 adults and a child of 6 for a week duration.

My review is based on the service we received for the price we paid, if you are naïve then you will assume you are going to get a flawless hotel at a British 5* standard for an extremely low price.

The first warning is about the transfers to and from the airport, if you use a company called A to B transfers then you will stop half way through an hours transfer from Antalya at a 'Market'. We were taken to the market at 1am after we landed, this was completely unacceptable especially when you consider we have a 6 year old. The market is basically an outdoor shop which sells the usual fake tat that is sold across the area.
A to B transfers also have a very basic knowledge of hotel locations, on both our trips to and from the airport the driver got lost, couldn't find hotels and also on our return trip went to the wrong hotel where we waited for 25 mins for 2 people who didn't turn up. They didn't turn up because the driver was at the wrong hotel, after going to the right hotel and collecting the two 'missing' passengers the driver drove like a complete maniac as there was a chance we could have missed our flights. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.

The hotel looks very lavish, something in the 5* bracket but it does have some downfalls.

-The Wifi is very unpredictable and only works in the main lobby.
-Mainly a Turkish/German hotel with most of the staff only understanding very basic English. If you have an issue then the staff can very quickly only speak in Turkish.
- Kids world doesn't really exist.
- No infrastructure around the hotel, extremely isolated.
- Wasps and flies are a big problem and no measures in place by the hotel to counter this issue.
- The hotel beach is very pebbly and has a steep incline into the sea which isn't suitable if you have children.
- Al a Carte restaurants only open certain days and difficult to book as fill up quickly.
- Main bar in the lobby isn't big enough and when you have bad weather it quickly becomes over run with people, we had to return to our room on one occasion as there was nowhere to sit for the evening.
- The barman ( old with glasses) in the bar at the lobby is very rude and unhelpful.

That's the niggles mentioned about the hotel and now for the positives.

The rooms are very nice and were big enough to house a family with ample space. The food at the main restaurant caters for everyone, the range of foods is fantastic and does vary over your stay. The food is very much off the German menu but as there is such a good variety we found it to be fine. The same can be said for the pool restaurant. The hotel has table service for drinks at all bars and restaurants which is a nice touch.

The pool area is very nice and we didn't have any issues with it being over crowed but the hotel didn't seem to be at maximum capacity during our stay. The water slides are very good for children but only open certain times during the day.

The animation team seem to work 24 hours a day, we didn't find them annoying or pushy but just trying to get guests included in their planned activities.

My overview is that for the price we paid it was an excellent hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed. We did however stay at the hotel with an open mind and didn't expect absolute perfection to a 5* English standard as mentioned above. Three of us stayed at the hotel on the Ultra all inclusive package for a week and it cost around £500 which is very good value for money, but the hotel needs to be good as its in a secluded position.

There is only 3 people in the hotel who speaks english. The internet is not very stable. The food is mediocre compared to real turkish food. They don't have bowshooting even though they advertise it. The service level is not personal and exceptionel.
They play german schlagers at the pool.
We got the trip really cheap and so it's ok value for money, but it is not a 5 star hotel.
By the way - the hotel beach is not a kids friendly beach. It has stones and is deeper than in Side.

After an hours drive from Antalya airport we arrived at this very beautiful hotel. However the staff were not very welcoming and we were given a "twin" room not the double with a sea view we were expecting. The staff wanted to push our single beds together but we were too tired and said we would sort this out in the morning. We went down the 24 hr restaurant however there was very little food to choose from and it looked as though it had been sat there a while, still the hotel was quite and very clean. Our next morning went ok, we explored a little as we weren't given any information about food, activities or any reps we could speak to. We did speak to a fairly polite English speaking receptionist whom seemed very busy whom later granted us with a better room. We had a beautiful storm that night which ended in the whole of the hotel guests congregating in the lobby, there were no alternative activities or areas set up and a lot of people ended up sitting in there rooms as it was too unsafe to sit outside. The hotel is very much a German/Turkish speaking and catered for hotel, it is not really suitable for English families especially when it came to the variety of foods, we love to try all types of cuisine however just the thought of going down for a meal became sickening for us, ending in a few meals out and buying crisps at the little hotel shop to keep us going. There was an abundance of fruit and bottled water which is a positive. The Al a carte restaurants are always fully booked so you must book with the lovely guest relation at the front of the hotel asap. We tried the Italian which was nice however again the service was NOT what you'd expect from an Al a carte restaurant. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and there is a mini bus that will take you there from the hotel if you have difficulty. They serve a minimal selection of food there however again water and drinks are plenty. I assumed the beach was all sand from the photos however this is not the case and quite pebbly when walking towards the sea. There is a life guard however he is quite slow off the mark. Again the pool and pool side was lovely and clean and not overly busy, the pool closes at 7pm every day to be cleaned and there is a pool side bar and food is briefly served there. Once we got into the swing of things we find out about trips and things to do which were reasonable but you must book them direct and not with the hotel otherwise this will cost you a fortune. There is a lovely boat ride to Manavgat long the river and there are very cheap buses outside the hotel that will take you into Side which has beautiful roman ruins and lovely places to eat. There is nothing really to do outside the hotel unless you get transport as it is quite a secluded resort, you would have to walk at least 20 mins to get to a little shopping complex that was built in the middle of other resorts further along. The resort was built on what could only be a dumping ground which was very much still in use, just across the river dumping trucks dumped wasted and the set it on fire EVERY day, we could not have our balcony door open on most days because of the smoke and smell. The spa was very nice but you must haggle and go to the spa and haggle DO NOT agree to anything with the man whom comes around selling you "deals". The activities "staff" are fascinating and quite inappropriate at times, the "activities" are unorganised and very few and far between. The cleaners would clean your room daily however this was very basic not 5*. We would give this hotel a 3* at best, it was very clean and some staff were very accommodating especially the Guest Relation Lady. We will not be visiting this hotel again.

We recently visited this hotel in September 2015 ... We wrote a review after only being their for 24 hrs to reassure ppl that the hotel was nice as after reading previous reviews we were concerned reading bad reviews . If only we had waited till our full week was over to write a review..... The Hotel staff are the rudest people we have come across apart from 3 Members of staff the girl on the guest relations (Aylin yildirimoglu) was really nice and helpfull ... Other staff should follow her lead ! If you are English do not go to this hotel unless you are German or Russian .
Entertainment is boring , if you can call it entertainment .there is Nothing to do on an evening once you've ate . Food is ok but same thing every day and becomes very dull after a few days of eating the same thing...
Staff who look after the towels were the rudest just pointing to a sign saying towels at 4pm when the towels are piled hi in front of you to take, But they won't let you until 4pm and throw the towels across the counter at you they don't even smile or give you eye contact .
I left my bag in the lobby on a night by accident and went the next day to see if it had been handed into lost property , when asked at reception if it had been handed in they said no, I went on to describe my bag and contents of the bag ... I asked if they understood what I was saying and they just shook there heads. I'm still waiting on getting my bag back.
Area around the pool is very slippy and dangerous ...
When we were there , there was a thunder storm and they had problems with an underground drain the maintenance men had to connect a pump to pump the water into a near by river unfortunately the hose came off and covered the maintenance men in some sort of mud and we witnessed oneof them go to the children's pool where the slides are and wash his hands and shoes etc in the pool.
Bar staff were rude . Reception staff were rude especially the thin one with glasses ..
If you wanted a drink in the main restaurant we quickly realised you had to put your hand up as they would walk passed you...
We complained to the general manager muhittin. Yildirimlar about our treatment from certain members of staff and after explaining to him about our complaints , we felt he wasn't bothered on what we had to say and one of his comments was maybe it's because we were English! ..... So if your English don't go as you will be very disappointed all round .
We met three other English couple who felt the same as us... If this had been my first visit the turkey I would never go back .... This is suppose to be a 5* hotel but more like a 3* . We went self catering to a 2* hotel in marmaris earlier in the year and the hotel and staff were better than water side hotel and staff put together.. If your wanting luxury 5* hotel in Turkey go to Xanadu resort and spa in belek you won't be disappointed i can't wait to go back to Xanadu .........

Room Tip: Just don't go to this hotel if your English !
