We went to this hotel in August of this year... We was the only English people staying there, we felt so out of place and was treated quite differently to the other stayin guest.. most of whom where Turkish and i think Algerian or Albanian... Out of all the staff who worked there only one of them spoke to us nicely and that was the restaurant manager, as for the rest of them they rude and really didnt have the time of day for us.. There was a little old lady who made turkish pancakes and she was nice... as for the hotel.. our view from our balcony was a dirty looking oil/water tanker and a pile of rubbish/garbage bags... the door from the patio kept falling off.. the balcony was filthy...as for the room, the bed was so hard it probably would of been comfier sleeping on the floor, their was a tv in the room for what it was worth as we could only get one channel on it... there is wifi in the lobby which never worked for us.. but guest from other countries including their own seem to get the wifi no problem... food wasnt too bad.. but quite a lot repetitive... they did have something barbequed each night which was normally either fish or chicken. Im disabled and walk with a stick..there are quite a few steps in the place so not suited for people with walking difficulties.. especially as the restaurant is based on the 2nd floor. A couple of times cleaners did not leave toilet rolls in the room and the fun we had trying to get the reception staff to understand us.. still no toilet roll, in the end we bought our own. The reception manager was very rude.. he only had time for people who could talk his own language.. we asked if we could extend the room for a few hours on the day of departure due to being ill, even our rep asked for us, we offered to pay but he said no outright but the Turkish man next to us his room extended without a problem.... Even tho i was ill, most days we went out as the bus was only across the road as we got better treatment in the town of Kusadasi itself.. it saved us being treated as outcast... if your English do not go to this hotel... have heard from the rep that it is closing, being knocked down and rebuilt.. best thing for it.

Room tip: dont bother going if your from the uk

First off let me tell you that the hotel is not in fact in Kusadashi, but actually a couple of miles out of the city..A nice setting if you're looking for peace and quiet (Familly vacation),but for 500 students wanting to party hard, not so much,or for anybody who'd like to party.
The hotel has a very nice swimming pool, and a beach front (A beautiful sandy beach),but that's where the nice things end.
There is a basketball/tennis court (2 in 1) that you have to pay for, only table tennis is free from all the activities, and just before the beach you have a very long path for walking/cycling (you can rent a bike),I got up at 6 am just so I can enjoy the sunrise, just stunning, but again, beach related)
The staff, although most of them don't speak a word of english(some do,but god bless you if you understand 2 words that they say) really nice.
The rooms are archaic,it's like you're in a goddamned concentraion camp, you have a normal bed,an old little CRT televsion set with 15 channels (1 is english, some sort of buisness channel),thank god for the AC...
The food is horrible,I ate scrambled eggs for breakfast, needless to say I had diahrrea for the next 3 days..And the food is ALWAYS the same.
My advice is,avoid this hotel if you can,it's not bad,but if you're in Turkey, and you want your money's worth back,go somewhere closer to the city center, more modern,I suggest a boutique hotel..

Room tip: Don't choose a room here at all, unless you're on a tight budget..Choose a room on the west side, they have a beach view,or else you're gonna be looking at other people drying their stuff on the balcony.

We have just come back, we were the only English people staying there, none of the staff spoke one word of English they were rude and didn't care, the room was awful , the view was of a tree ! Shower door came off, bed was like a rock, food was warm and the same every night, the beach and swimming pool are nice and clean apart from that I would never go back .

It was really bad. We were at the end of the August 2013. We 2 day problems with accommodation, sleep one night in other hotel, got to it walking. There were no compensation about this problem. The restaurant was really bad.First the food was almost the same every day.Second the tables with the food were not structured well and people were waiting a lot (around 15-20) minutes. Only few guys from personal were talking English. The beach was small and really dirty. The umbrellas were free, but were maybe maximum for the half of the guests so we had to stand up 7 o'clock in the morning to reserve an umbrella. Near to this hotel there were lovely hotel and after checking the prices we realized that it was almost the same.

I was very anxious before my holiday as my dad booked this hotel for myself and partner and 4 children we wanted something close to the beach and within walking distance of his place.I looked up reviews before we went and i was worried as i had read bad reviews about this hotel.
When we arrived i was pleasantly suprised at the nice gardens and we were given and inter connecting room.
The accomodation was clean and well presented the only downside was that our fridge in our room was old and could do with being replaced.
The staff were all extermely friendly and helpfull and we had some very good nights and days talking to them and joining in with discos etc.
The food was nice but a little repetitive but we didnt mind as we wanted to eat out occasionally anyway.
This hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the beach and be close to ammenities etc there is a local market just down the road which we went to a few times while we were there.A dolmus stop is right outside the hotel so that you can travel to surrounding areas.
We ment to the Milli Park twice while we were staying there and i would strongly recommend it ther water is lovely and we snorkelled and wathed the fish.
We also went to Adaland while we were there and we swam with dolphins it was £50 each and a once in a lifetime experience the kids will love going to the Aquapark there are lots of pools slides to keep them busy.
We all really enjoyed our holiday and i am very glad we choose Turkey as it is such a beautifull country with amazing people.
