We just got back from 12 days is Sealight Resort, Kusadasi. The hotel was nice and clean but hotel staff should be more polite and also try to improve their English. We asked for extra pillows they brought us towels, I asked to see the superior suite they took me to see the swimming pool..... I would say the hotel needs a better management in all areas. The resort has 1 big buffet restaurant and other 4 a la carte that you can book and have a special, nice dinner. The food was good, but in the main buffet restaurant they should be more carefull with food presentation and cleanness (many times there were food on the floor and no one cleaned it during lunch or dinner time).
We got 2 rooms connected with a door so it was very nice for us and for the kids. The rooms were nice and good size. All drinks were free, including water and soft drinks at the frigo bar.
Most of the time we stayed down at the beach, very nice to go snorkling during the mornings when the sea is flat and calm. The swimming pool was nice but too crowded.
The recreation team had a full program but we just joined a couple of nights in the outside garden for bingo and some music, it was nice.
Outside the hotel there is a public bus to Kusadasi (15 min). We went there twice, one day to the market (on Wednesdays),and the other day just to see a little bit more of the town and the fortress. The other day we rented a taxi drive, who picked us at the hotel and took us to Ephasus (ancient Roman city). The hotel has a spa center, very nice with Turkish bath , swimming pool and different kinds of massage and beauty treatments. I can say we had a great family holiday.
