The game platters here are a must. They also serve caterpillars for those who would like a try. Staff are very friendly and it has a lovely court yard. They provide mozzie repellent which is a nice touch.

We chose the Cafe Zambezi as our only meal in Zambia and was a good choice. The menu is huge, ranging from pizzas and burgers to Zambian and African dishes.
I had the Zambian beef stew and my wife ordered the Zambian Village chicken... which we later found out wasn’t available! So she ordered the peri peri chicken instead.
My stew was packed full of flavour and came with shredded spinach and mixture of vegetables. It was delicious! The peri peri chicken was over cooked as if it had been reheated prior to serving. It was a cheap meal and felt fairly authentic.

Appearance is not exciting but when in the courtyard is so inviting with very friendly and obliging Staff. Menu is exciting with a mix of Carribean and portions are very generous

Several of staffs in the hotel recommended this restaurant to us. We went for dinner and it was very well patronised .So we ordered and expecting a fine dining because it was crowded and the mood was high. But the chicken wings starter was under cooked. The pizza was too garlicky and un-Italian. The sea bream cooked in foil was mediocre. I wonder why then it is so popular. My answer? It is a herd instinct. People love to be there because other say it is good. true it is affordable as portion is large. Anyone who had dined in better cities will know the standard is Low and it has a lot of catching up to do to be quality dining.
If you want seafood go across the road to Ocean Basket. If you want Italian go to one. If you want just to fill yourselves on the economic, this is not a bad idea.
