Friendly staff and a small but comfortable room. There's nowhere to put your clothes so if it's a long stay it may not suit a couple. The area is good and close enough to walk to the main shopping streets.

Location wasn't so convenient, especially for families with young children or elderly (you have to walk a fair bit, imagine lugging your luggages). Family mart convenient store is downstairs. Laundromat is available on 2nd and 14th floor. We were glad to book the slightly more spacious corner queen room. The bed is actual queen size bed able to sleep our family of 3 (young child)..but the pillows are really so small, that it is very uncomfortable. It gets really cold at night.. we had no idea when the hotel will use cool mode or heater mode. Even though we had indicated our child as one of the occupants in our reservation, the hotel told us upon check in that no towel is provided for the child since she shared bedding with us. We thought that was really quite ridiculous. We actually didnt mind paying extra for another set of towels. But the frontline staff put up a really straight face when we asked for extra towel. Parents with child sharing bedding, pls take note.

Location is not too far from city central. Family mart is only few steps away. Price is reasonable. Few parking lots within 1 min walk.

The room is a bit tiring. Could use a refresh. Still clean and comfortable. Service was good all around.

Room tip: View isn't much but higher floor is less claustrophobic

I was travelling with my husband and two children aged 7 and 10, and booked a suite to accommodate the four of us. However, I was disconcerted to find that the beds were only three-quarter doubles, so that although the living space was roomy, the sleeping arrangements were very cramped. Additionally, the children's breakfast was not included in the bed and breakfast deal. The room was clean and comfortable but a little shabby; there was a big window with a striking view over the freeway but it was only single-glazed - the noise didn't bother us but it was cold! The breakfast was plentiful but the quality was mediocre in comparison with other Japanese hotels we'd stayed in. The staff were helpful and efficient. Overall it was fine but overpriced, and did not match the outstanding experiences we had had elsewhere in Japan.

We booked the superior twin room. Our room was located at the third floor. The air conditioning in the room only had 4 options, off-low (low heat)-mid ( medium heat) -high ( high heat), we put it on low and the room was still really hot, and the window in this room could not be opened. At the end we had to switch the air con off, which made the room very stuffy. There were stains on the wall and the toilet floor. The tap in the toilet cannot be closed properly and it kept dripping. The location of the hotel was not close to the main tourist attractions and in between two stations. So not too convenient. Overall, this hotel wasn’t worth the money we had paid for and it’s unlikely that I will stay here again.
