We stayed at this hotel for one night. As everyone wrote, the location is the best because the entrance is location in the Kanazawa Train Station.
When we stayed it was raining and we had two big suitcases and the hotel kept our suitcases after check-out until our train departure time. There is a grocery store in the same station building which opens until 8pm and the hotel gave us 5% off coupon to use at a convenience store located on the 1st floor in the station as well. To go to sightseeing sites in Kanazawa, it is very convenient to stay at this hotel as the bus leaves right outside the train station and you can make the best use of staying at this hotel until your departure time. The hotel clerk spoke good English and kind. My boot's sole came off and the hotel clerk had super glue and gave me the direction to the nearest shoes repair shop which was also location in the train station. The room size is as regular as other Japanese business hotels, which foreigners think very small, but the room is clean and comfortable enough for us to sleep in. You can take free coffee bag, tea, black tea bags at the front desk floor for use in your room. The room has a small pot to make hot water.
I would stay at this hotel if I will go back to Kanazawa.

If you're coming from another city to Kanazawa and want a convenient and affordable location, Via Inn is your best bet. If this is your first trip to the city and you're not sure of how to get around, this hotel is basically fool proof.

Located within the Kanazawa station, the hotel is easy to find, with lots of food and shopping options just a few steps away.

The room is a standard business hotel, and is a decent size by Japanese standards. Choose the room configuration that has the table and bench setup. It's slightly bigger than the standard table-against-window setup. And it's great for eating bentos and watching TV.

There's a convenience store and shopping centre on the ground floor, a super market in the building connected to the hotel and plenty of food options.

Only tiny grouse (if you can even call it that) is how the lift works. You enter on the ground floor, the reception is on the 3rd, and hotel rooms are on the higher floors. Doesn't matter which button you press, the lift will always take you to the reception floor.

Staff are polite, speak English and will keep your luggage for you.

Good stay.

The hotel itself was nice, the rooms small as common for these level of hotels.
The location is very convenient only if you are coming in and out and not sightseeing much in the city- if you do want to see Kanazawa, its best to stay at a more downtown location to be able to enjoy the night life. For rail passengers, its quite convenient.

Steps outside Shinkansen station- very quaint hotel which is very suitable and like many other business hotels- only thing I would say is walks aren't so solid and I could hear even other's conversations which invariably kept me up- the souvenir shops downstairs offer everything you can imagine and there is taxi stands nearby and a convenient store for last minute food items.

The hotel is located in the Kanazawa station.
Very convinance.
The room was big enough, breakfast is served in a near by resturant.
Bus station in front of the JR station. Front desk agents do not speak English well but were helpfull.
