I don't understand what all the fuss is all about. Sure, this place has a unique design that may appeal to tourists and locals alike, but the food and service are average. We were not told that we have to order something from the menu before being allowed to sit down and we stood at the entrance area for quite some time trying to get the waitress's attention but to no avail. Only when we decided to take a seat by ourselves then did she tell us to order first. We ordered the 'no.1' most popular burger set. To be honest, the only thing I liked was the cheese fries. Probably never coming back again.

The chicken burger was juicy and delicious. Price is reasonable at 350yen. Restaurant setting is classic and special. Should try when in Hakodate.

This particular restaurant was decorated as christmas celebration. Full of toys, trinkets, santa clause, all the other christmas decoration, complete with the music. Very unique. While the food is also nice.

Arrived in Hakodate, hungry and cold. First place we head is Lucky and glad we did. All enjoyed our burgers. Snow burger, Bacon & Egg burger and Chinese Chicken (kind of sweet and sour) burger. Also had chips with the lasagne (?) topping.

This joint is located across the red brick houses; it's quite easy to find. Loud signs and shop painted in green. The restaurant was full when we walked in so we ordered take-out. Yum, piping hot and really juicy for just USD3.00 plus! We tried the chicken and beef ones, both great!
