This hotel is more interested in maximising room occupancies and has no interest or consideration towards overseas travellers experiencing any sudden or unavoidable changes or delays to their travel plans. Definitely not equipped to handle overseas visitors for 2019 World Cup Rugby and 2020 Olympics!! There are plenty of equal or better hotels in the area to provide you with decent service.
Centrally located near to the train station. The facung at the Ferris wheels is fantastic. Every night you can watch the lighting display of the Ferris wheel. It is pretty convenient. It is near main office tower. The offering by the hotel is limited

Location Location Location is what this hotel can boast of. Near to most tourist spots, shopping, food. 3 minutes walk from the Sakuragicho Station. An Amazing View from your window if your room faces the correct side !
The Decor is Another Story ! A confused mess of styles and eras, bathroom tiles on the pillars in the reception , green and red lantern lights ( think western idea of a ‘oriental bar in chinatown’ ) at the front desk, 70s mixed colour vinyl seats , some incongruous display cases displaying souvenirs from cookies to faux pearls all thrown together !
The room decor is a little better but not much. At least the beds and pillows are decent. Bathroom is nice , updated and functional !
Unsure about housekeeping or air-conditioning, my nose and eyes were a little bothered . And there was a good layer of dust over the freestanding cupboard.
Seems like many hotels in Yokohama need some refreshing !
This property could really be nice with a little work and more effort.

i asked if i can have room now. they say yes. 2000 jpy for one hour. joking?
means they have the room available but dont let me in as i m one hour early.
ridiculous policy.
Very big hotel, nice and confortable rooms, all toileteries provided. 3 buildings with different elevators, which makes walking around or finding your room or restaurant very confusing. The garden is fantastic, it's really a huge Japanese garden, very calm in the center of Tokyo. breakfast was nice, plenty of choice, with a different restaurant doe Japanese or western food.
