We loved our stay at the hotel although the staff English wasn’t that good they were very helpful and friendly
The room was small but ok comfy the aircon wasn’t that cool
It was easy to get around cabs are great hint get the hotel to write the destination in Japanese

Nice hotel, very clean, central to everything. Restaurant right next door with great coffee! Walking distance to harbour, eateries galore, huge theme park, museums and china town. And a beautiful park right across the street. Great location!
The hotel suited our purpose for one night. Not very big but the room was OK, staff OK, breakfast sort of OK, Within walking distance of waterfront or short cab ride. Lively locality with bright lights at night
Nice and clean. The staff were sweet and offered to keep our luggage until check in. We even Got coffee and facial masks at check in. The room and bathroom was great. The payment at the maschines in japanese was a bit of a struggle.
Well situated 5-10 minutes walk from the Kannai Metro station.
Also walking distance of Chinatown.
Reception is on the second floor of a building with an Italian restaurant on the groundfloor.
English of front office members is rather poor.
We were shown our room with 1 double bed which stood against the wall. We are seniors and were not keen to climb over our partner if we had to make a p.. during the night.
We asked if we could have another room and if possible with 2 beds.
After checking their lists they gave a better room but only after paying extra.
This room was much bigger and with 2 confortable beds.
Everything clean. Bathroom with many amenities.
Good and free Wi-Fi
