This hotel is located near the shopping district and walking distance to the garden.
Check in was efficient and there were about 10 surface car park with additional charge for overnight parking.
Staff were friendly and helpful suggesting places for dinner.
Rooms were small (18sqm) because of the complex interior furnishings which takes up valuable space and inefficient layout (dressing chair and study chair) and impractical cupboard space besides the TV. Bed (Super twin size bed 4feet by 6feet - by our standards) were small for 2 persons sharing.
Corridors were dim and this was because of the design of the hotel and the image it tries to convey.
The bathroom clock was a good idea for those wanting to soak in the bath tub a bit longer and not fearing overtime. Toiletries were of good standard.
For the price, all drinks, snacks and breakfast were included at the lounge at allocated times. Though limited offerings but quite a good deal as price is all inclusive. But would have prefer if guests are allowed or should be given a choice to opt out of this deal to save a few bucks.
For breakfast only 2 choices - western or Japanese were offered but it was sufficient for us.
