During our stay in S'pore, we decided to drive and spent 3 days in JB. We could not ask for a better place to stay.

Location wise, it is out of the way from downtown JB, but if you are driving everything is near by in JB anyway. It is a fairly well maintained property. There are various restaurants near and most of them comes alive in the evening.

Check-in process was quick. We checked in online and the room was ready when we arrived.

The room was modern and well maintained. Ours was upgraded to a suit with Titanium. It has a separate living room, 1.5 bath, rain shower, and walk in closet. No issues noted.

To save electricity we noticed that the A/C in hallway was not on, on purpose. Since we were on the top floor, it tend to be warmer than the room. Similar story with executive launch. A bit on the warmer side. It does serve variety of snack/food during high tea and dinner.
Parking was free and connects through the lobby.

The breakfast selection at the restaurant was impressive from local food, Indian, western, Chinese all the way to various of juices, bakeries and even local tea and milo tarik. That was probably the highlight for our daughter in the morning :)

There was a Chinese restaurant in the lobby which we did try on the first night. It was quite empty when we came in (~9PM). We tried seafood, and beef/chicken but it didn't really hit the spot; not that tasty.

Despite all the drawbacks, at the end of the day the staff what made all the differences. All the way from the front desk, concierge, executive lounge, breakfast, etc. everyone was helpful, attentive, warm and welcoming.

Kudos to the team. We will definitely go back!

located a bit far from jb central but can go easily.
room was very nice and satisfied. room quite big size. was clean and comfortable.
near by hotel had restaurant and convenience store.
all staff are friendly and good guest services. will go back again

We stayed one night, just a weekend getaway. The hotel was fairly well maintained. Our room had a great view of the bay, which was nice. The light flow was generous. The aircon did a good job keeping us cool in the crazy humidity, and the water pressure was good too. But I found the bed way too firm, and the feather pillows too flat. I requested for more feather pillows and they sent up tiny foam ones. There are shops nearby, but we didn’t explore them. It was easy getting around with Grab, and so we visited a couple of malls and had our meals there. The Executive Lounge was quite spacious and offered nice views of the bay. The evening spread here was better than in some bigger hotels in bigger cities. Breakfast was also good - we were impressed with the variety. Juices were freshly pressed upon request. But the one thing that really impressed us was the staff! Thatcha from the Executive Lounge was warm, friendly and attentive. In addition, just about everyone in the breakfast restaurant was warm and welcoming... we were greeted several times as were shown to our table, and again each time we made our rounds at the various stations. Overall, our stay here was memorable, and we can see ourselves coming back soon.

We had fun here! The specious room, special design toilet, relaxing swimming pool, delicious breakfast and the most important — they have very friendly, helpful and well trained staff. We appreciate their great service - thanks to the malay male staff who assist us in check in and also the female staff who helped my daughter to bring the hot coffee to her place. We certainly enjoy the great services that they hv provided. It make a good trip and wonderful experience for us ..

Stayed at the hotel to attend a friend's wedding over the long weekend. Lots of variety from the breakfast buffet (Roti Canai and Teppanyaki definitely worth trying!) with Arnold from Cafe BLD providing exceptional service. Staff from the front desk right up till room service were very friendly and pleasant throughout our stay. Keep up the good work!
