the menu was super.. worthy price.. i love the dessert most.. the menu was a lot to choose.. the seafoods menu was my husband favourite! the service was good and friendly.. credit to waitress Pavitra and puteri lots of love..

Stayed one night here with lounge access. It was good to have Happy Hour with free flow beer/wine/soft drinks and juices. However, the snacks/food served in the makeshift lounge on the ground floor next to the main restaurant were all cold and not very palatable.
Food standard generally seems to have dropped unfortunately as well as we ordered dinner too.
Nevertheless, it is good for a short break for family to enjoy hotel facilities especially the swimming pool for the children.

Attended a wedding function at the same time staycation with family members.
Indeed a great hotel. Staffs are friendly and welcoming (can feel the warm hospitality)
Very strong wifi connectivity & I didn't experience any cut off or drop off from the connection through out the building. Comfortable, clean rooms & excellent breakfast selections.

Received a very good service at wanli restaurant, food was delicious, but the environment wasn’t as pleasant, manager shouting at the employees infront of guest is very not respecting the guest that are dining in . He should not do it as it doesn’t shows the professionalism of a five star hotel . My suggestion would be, he shouldn't talk to his employee like this In front of the guest . Hope the management can take it to consideration .

I have brek a regular guest at your hotel hotel since last year March 2020. The Service ia exceptional good and am employee in parti ular at the Lounge by the name Vanessa who is an intern at the lounge who shows great customer service and we always want to come back regularly. Please ensure you keep this employee.
