This restaurant was recommended to us by hotel staff and we were glad we took their advice. The large menu left us spoiled for choice as did the extensive and well priced wine and cocktail list. Service is far superior to other restaurants on this charming little island, we met the owner who seems very hands on so maybe that's why! The nyonya platter to start with a slipper lobster wonton, mackerel otak otak and kueh pie tee were all delicious as was my main course of spicy prawns. Complimentary palate cleansing sorbet is served between courses adding to the fine dining feel. Well worth a visit if you want to try a fresh, modern approach to Malay food
