Very accomodating and friendly staff. The staff service here are supposed to be set as an example to many of the other hotels, overall we love the way we were being welcomed, the very helpful and polite bellman, the Guest Service Manager who are friendly and yet professional at the same time who are able to read our mind, and to assist us in many ways. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back in future. This resort are truly blessed with some great assets, 1) the staff, 2) the facilities, and 3) its strategic location.

The front desk manager was amazing and went above and beyond for my six year old son. So many thanks! The food and pool area were also great. Very good location to walk to main street and the beach. Would stay here again! The rooms could do with a bit of updating, but were still very nice.

i really am happy and satisfied with the hotel hospitality. Upon arrival me and my family were warmly welcomed by the staff and Guest Service Manager. it was a great place to stay, the hotel room was lovely and clean. the staff was extremely friendly especially Ms Jess, i would like to say thank you for the best service provided. It was an excellent experience!

Hotel is too old. Service very poor. Request for extra room keys but they don’t even sent the room key neither the staff. So instead of waiting for room keys or staff we saw the housekeeping and ask them to open our room. Breakfast.... only local food every day. Dinner at Aseania Seafood Restaurant is very good and staffs are nice.
