We were welcomed by Asiya whose friendliness and customers service efficient and welcoming. Nizam who also works beside her was absolutely a smiling gem. He was extremely helpful and guided us to the best places to visit in Langkawi. He always had a smile on his face. His recommended activities were always full of fun. The breakfast was amazing. Downside was if you arrived after 8:30am most of the freshly made stuff like curry’s, flatbread and even omelette had run out so I only got it one day out of my 4day stay. The show and the buffet was delicious. The cleaning staff were always friendly and smiling.
The negatives;
The room looked a bit exhausted. Balconies were quite dirty but I’m not sure if this was because they are renovating the hotel. No chairs in the room which was needed.
Also the club music during the night was the most hardest to deal with. I had to phone 2nights in a row at 2am as the music was vibrating in to the rooms and I wasn’t even located near the club. Soundproofing May be required there.
Overall pools are full of fun. Had a amazing stay. I do wish to to go again especially once they have renovated.
Thank you guys for a amazing stay for me and my kids, especially Nizam, can never thank him enough.

Miss Jess was the most friendliest and helpful person there! She planned an amazing itinerary for us and handles her guests with such wonderful hospitality! The place is a very nice place for family and friends for a holiday and most of the workers are also very helpful! I would definitely come again!

Very accomodating and friendly staff. The staff service here are supposed to be set as an example to many of the other hotels, overall we love the way we were being welcomed, the very helpful and polite bellman, the Guest Service Manager who are friendly and yet professional at the same time who are able to read our mind, and to assist us in many ways. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back in future. This resort are truly blessed with some great assets, 1) the staff, 2) the facilities, and 3) its strategic location.

The front desk manager was amazing and went above and beyond for my six year old son. So many thanks! The food and pool area were also great. Very good location to walk to main street and the beach. Would stay here again! The rooms could do with a bit of updating, but were still very nice.
