Stayed for a night...The hotel room is big and can easily put in two extra beds (i think?)..Fairly decorated..Has WIFI and basic basic satellite tv channels..Has a car park too..For the price paid, there is nothing to complain. Night markets, Eateries and shopping malls are walking distance away..If roaming around the city is what u intend to do, this hotel is highly recommended..

Room Tip: No mini bar

This hotel was very near to Ming court dim sum, you can reach there by waking distance. This help you to settle the car parking at the restaurant as you really need some much luck to get a parking there. This hotel also near to other attraction compare to other hotel. Due to its prefect location so it will be noisy a not at night.

Had a 2 days 1 night stay at this hotel…
Located at the main street not far from the famous night market and several mall…
Ipoh train station is not that far too (consider if you have to walk)…

About the room….
The room is decent and pretty large for a budget hotel…
It has WIFI, basic satellite TV and room and toilet is pretty large…
For a 3 @ 4 storey hotel it does come with a “lift” (elevator)…
Pretty cool...
It comes with breakfast (served at Terlagi-Lagi Coffee House)…

About the Terlaghi-Laghi Coffee House…

Located at the ground floor of the hotel this coffee house premiering “halal cuisine” from Malay classical dishes to all the way to the “ala mat salleh” (western)….
The coffee house has a cosy, relax and welcoming ambiance for dining, chillax or having discussion with friends or business contacts…
The coffee house can easily fit over 100 pax of crowd at a time…

The staff are friendly…
Very cool…

Foods and beverages are available “ala carte” (throughout the day) or buffet (breakfast and lunch)…
The ala carte food pricing is cheap and the portion is appropriate…
Food taste was pretty good…
One should try their “nasi lemak” or “terlaghi beef rending”….. Simply marvellous!

During my stay at the hotel, a local TV series “Jalan Jalan Cari Makan” did make a stop and review this coffee house….

It would be cool too if the coffee house could consider providing “room service” and this will be more convenient for the hotel guest (order in)….

Overall this coffee house can become a kewl avenue for business meeting or private business function...
FREE WIFI is available here...

Yes, the hotel is not the newest. And yes, it might not appeal to everybody. BUT, it is located quite good, the staff is very friendly and the WiFi was alright. I stayed on the 1st floor and could Skype without any issues. Downside is that the rooms are smoker rooms and this maked them smelly. Didnt know before but if I did, I wouldnt havr booked there. Overall it was alright in the end.
