Spent a night in one of the apartments. It's quite a distance to walk from the lobby where you check in, and the decor is a far cry from the traveler photos you see on this website, which I'm assuming are mostly of the hotel.
The apartments have the look and feel of a condominium unit. The balcony faces the river, the lighting is stark and white. Why I've given a poor cleanliness rating is that there is a lot of trash in the space between the apartments when you emerge from the yard area next to the kitchen. Generally the interiors are clean, but the finishings are in poor condition, showing immense wear and tear. There is also likelihood to hear noise from along the corridor as the walls are thin.
The fridge and TV is in good working order and there was complimentary water and coffee & tea. There are far too few cutlery and toiletries for the group that it was supposed to accommodate, but we didn't have time to request for more as our time there was short. The common space and master bedroom is nice and large, but the one common bathroom and 2 bedrooms are too tight and claustrophobic.
It is quite good value for money for a large group to get together there. Just manage your expectations.
