This "resort" is a very simple cheap place.. Don't be fooled by the word beach resort as it has nothing to do with a resort.. And the beach near it isn't swimmable.. As it's full of small transfer and fishing boats..

The shower was cold as the water heater is kinda didn't work.. Bathroom kinda smells and well.. You can hear everyone and everything happening outside your room and possibly everyone can hear you even if you're whispering in your room..

Rate it as 2 stars due to its proximity to nice food places and close to Coral beach and for its price..

Spent 2 nights here in December'15 due to a booking error in the main place I was in. Very glad to get in at short notice over a busy weekend and was able to negotiate a rate of MR100 (£16.50) pn. Pleasant helpful staff but chalet 10 that I was given needed a little attention as it was starting to look old and used especially the ensuite bathroom. The a/c worked fine as did the TV with its 3 channels. Only just worth the money paid.

Its location within 100m of pantai nipah is the main plus point. Its within short walking distance from the beach, eateries, water activities, convenient stores, etc etc.

The hotel is not new but well kept. the room is clean. For the rates we were paying, it was good. Should not compare it with a five star resort that charge top dollars.

The service is good with friendly proprietor. Wifi is available free. Will we return? Definitely.

Accommodation clean n close the beach. Reasonable price n good view. This chalet is my second walk in after I got bad experience at hornbill resort. This two resort is so close but I am very happy to stay at flora. For 3 days in this place I n my family feel good. Will come back if we plan go to this island. TQ for the team flora

Stayed here for a night on a short weekend away from KL. Just a 90minutes drive from KL to Lumut Jetty.

Room was simple but does the work - comfy queen sized bed, clean, limited TV channel, air-cond works perfectly..all the basic amenities you would aspect from a 'chalet' accommodation.

Location is great - 2 minutes walk to the beach (Nipah Bay) and 5 minutes walk to the neighboring beach (Coral Bay) or just rent a motorbike..you'll reach both place in second.

Years after years, I personally think Teluk Nipah beach still remain its charm. Yes, it doesn't gives you the fine powder-white sand and crystal-clear waters like Redang or Perhentian island but the beach is more than enough to cater for everyone's beach holiday need and the cost comes within your budget. Definitely a better option than Port Dickson's beach.

Imagine relaxing the whole day at the beach, having delicious seafood dinner with the sound of waves at night and also nasi lemak or roti canai for breakfast the next morning, again by the beach..True definition of holidays.

Flora Beach Resort provides you with a comfortable place to sleep. Recommended.
